Went in to find out what parking was available for my mobile DJ trailer. Rick went above and beyond in helping me out and geting me into a spot. He explained every thing to me and went out and showed me how to use the code to get into the secure yard. The property is so clean and well takin care off. We are moving to Aylmer in June and had called the web address to reserve a unit. A few days later manager Rick called us at home to confirm our reservation. We travelled to the office and met with him. He was extremely personable and helpful and we ended up reserving 3 units to meet our needs. Coming from a small town we were quite impressed that he actually cared.

Getting a storage unit today was a quick, easy, and friendly thing. The staff member who rented it to me was both personal and professional and he explained things to me as we went through the process. I was even shown two different units to rent so that I could see the size difference. Payment set up and gate code process were also explained and easily done. Thanks so much!
