On the Move Pet Care

We are so grateful for On the Move Pet Care! Our walker, Kathryn has been with our puppy from the very beginning. She is attentive, kind and fun. She puts in extra time and energy to make sure our puppy is taken care of. She’s been a major part of our training process and has helped us with training tips and tricks that have been so helpful! The photo and video updates give us peace of mind while we are at work. OTM has always been flexible with our changing schedules and considerate of our needs. We highly recommend Kathryn and On the Move!

OnTheMove is excellent! We have been using their pet-sitting services for about 5 years when we travel out of town. They are reliable, responsive, and flexible. The pet sitters are friendly, they take good care of our two kitties, and they always provide updates of what they did during their visits in the OTM TimeToPet App (for example: refreshed water bowl, fed the cats, scooped the litter, played for a while, brought in the mail). They also send pictures of the cats through the app, which is reassuring and fun! Even though our wonderful neighbors have offered to care for our cats, we continue to choose OnTheMove Pet Care every time! I recommend them without any reservation - OnTheMove is outstanding!

My husband and I love working with On the Move because they provide the best service. Whether we go away for a weekend or long vacation, we know that our sitter will be attentive to their needs, and keep us updated on how they are doing after each visit. They treat my kitties like their own, and I don't have to worry!

I have been using OTM pet care for a few years. Paula is always very responsive to my requests and concerns. All of the pet sitters have been wonderful. I am especially thankful for the patience and compassion the dog walkers always show towards my occasionally wary rescue dog. Jo Ann (aka Allie) has been so great with him and I can go to work with peace of mind knowing that his friend will visit him during the day.

I have been using On the Move for daily dog walking for 3 years now and I love their convenience and reliability. They will even come weekends, holidays and nights when needed. Kathryn is great! I can tell she loves my dogs and treats them like her own. I get photos of the dogs on their walk daily. When I got stuck at work late on a holiday, Kathryn went right over and walked the dogs and fed them dinner so I didn’t have to worry about them. 10/10 would recommend

They cared for our 12 year old Cairn Terrier while my husband and I were visiting family out of state. They did an awesome job with her and I loved how we received status updates and pictures each time they visited her, along with a map of where they walked and a checklist of everything they did. The communication was awesome and it made the whole trip a lot less stressful knowing we didn't need to worry about our dog.

OTM Pet Care has been such a phenomenal and professional service from the start! They all care so much about these pets and it truly shows. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog for the day knowing that Laura will take excellent care of him while I’m at work! Even when I’m having a busy day, my highlight is getting a quick message about how Barney’s walk went. I recommend this service to everyone and feel so lucky to be able to rely on them for quality pet care!

We have used OTM for several years and are always pleased with the care the team provides. More importantly, our pets are happy, healthy, and calm when we return whether it be a single day or a week long trip. Our recent caregiver Kathryn did a great job with our very anxious pup, who sometimes won't warm up to new faces. The staff overall is highly responsive, and the company is tech-enabled so you receive real-time updates during the care of your pets. Highly recommend their services.
