Staff friendly. I try to use the self check out and the staff there are great to help out but I find there is usually 4 or 5 staff members hanging out at that desk just socializing... gives off a bad impression

Prepared food is either moldy, or the lettuce is wilted/rusty (I have returned fruit cups/veg trays that had molded items the day I bought them) and outrageously priced even compared to other Independent's! Bagged salad selection is always old and picked over, seems barely ever stocked. They pack away fruit and veg long before closing.The young staff is always hanging around and chatting instead of paying attention to customers and the language I've heard is quite vulgar.

Normal grocery store. Bought the three pre-made subs. They looked really good until I wanted to add a bit more. Nothing in the middle of the sandwich but all at the edge to make it look huge. You can only do this for so long until people stop buying them. There was like a half leaf of lettuce chopped up for all three subs. Not buying these anymore.
