One of the rudest staff member working at the front. He got aggressive after I asked him about 1 person potions for $10 which they used to do and all other locations still do . The Large $20 suya potion is a rip off. Just a few pieces of dry chewy meat and stale onion.

The place was neat. Our suya order took a while to be ready but it was okay. Also I didn’t know I couldn’t order food like jollof rice at the restaurant. Cos I was told I can only order jollof from them through skipthedishes delivery service. All in all, it was an okay experience. My friends and I ordered plantain and suya. I really wish the plantain would have come with some type of sauce. I found it difficult to enjoy eating plantain on its own. But all in all the portions are good and the food was ok.

I’ve always bought suya here, but the typical Nigerian thing is to start well to attract customers and don’t keep it up. The quantity use to be good at 2021-22But starting 23, the quantity of the goat suya specifically has reduced to maybe 5pieces of Big bones or less with some flesh. Not good at all.

My husband ordered one beef and one mixed suya for me from this placed and all I tasted was burnt beef (LITERALLY!) and a weird spice mixed that was definitely NOT suya spice! I can’t place a name to the taste but it was NOT good! Really disappointed as this is my first time ordering from a Nigerian restaurant here.

Horrible service! I made an order for pick-up through the phone specifically asking for the Beef Suya. This same situation has happened to me before in the past, so I was very clear on my order. My dad picks up the order and it's the incorrect order. Why is it difficult to get what I asked for. I would have ordered Mixed Suya if I wanted Mixed Suya! Then what was really disappointing and frustrated me is even the lack of onions on the side, since when did we start eating suya with coleslaw and 3 strings of onions on top. Also, if something is classified as a Mixed, I expect similar portions of assorted, why is my order 80% lungs with 20% shaki! Where is the originality! I should trust the eatery to get my order correct but I guess I would have to start advising people to be careful with this eatery. You have to start double checking your order before you leave their premises. SHAME!!!

Decent spot with live music at times. The suya is good and they have many different varieties. I had the beef and chicken suya and it was good. Didn't blow me away, but good

Due to the pandemic, the restaurant was mainly operating on takeout vibez, but they did have few booths to sit and dine. According to my uncle, pre-pandemic, this place was the hot spot, with a live DJ playing Nigerian music and packed to the brim with people. However, upon my visit there was no body in there, no music playing and not the best customer service. They seemed to be really busy with takeout orders though. We ordered their Large Chicken Suya, Large Beef Suya, Jollof Rice and Plantain. I really enjoyed their Suya spice, it was very comparable to what is served in Nigeria. But truthfully, both the Chicken and Beef Suya were pretty dry, not to say that they tasted bad or anything, but the meat lacked moisture. It also didn’t help that it was served with cabbage and onions instead of tomatoes and onions. Also, their large portion was giving small, with a large price. I will say that I really enjoyed their Jollof rice, the flavour was really lovely and I loved how they didn’t overdo the smokiness of the rice. And of course it paired nicely with the plantain. But again, for roughly $12, the portion was pretty small. All in all, although rather expensive, if you are seriously craving some Nigerian cuisine, especially Jollof, The Suya Spot might just hit the spot for you!
