Cameron was a polite and professional plumber who came the day I called and not only gave an accurate estimate but did the repair work on my drains the same day. I called John the Plumber on Wednesday morning around 9:45am and they were quick to respond and sent out one of their plumbers, Cameron. He was great, called ahead to say when we could expect him and arrived within 30 minutes. We were very pleased with his work. He was called out to clear a kitchen drain we've had some issues with. He was able to resolve the issue and left the worksite in clean condition. We are very pleased with the service and job Cameron did. We would definitely recommend to others who have plumbing issues!

We had a great experience with this company. Mr Rick Neill came to fix our bath faucet and two of our toilets. He was professional, very quick to find the problems, easy to talk with, answered all our questions in a pleasant way, fixed our problems efficiently and everything was clean when he left. We are very impressed by this plumber and we highly recommend him.

Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback on my experience with Cameron and his co worker.In general my experience was very positive. They called to let me know they would be there in about a half an hour (They arrived as scheduled) . I felt they were very knowledgeable,assessed the problem quickly and fixed it professionally. They were pleasant throughout the process. In summary the whole process was handled very well and have nothing but good things to say about both plumbers. Rick came to my rental unit (sister in-laws) to replace the water heater. He was great!!! Called to let me know what was going on and some of the issues. Walked my sister and her son through everything. Was on time and cleaned everything up after.. I 110% would recommend having Rick do any work that you need..

We recently had Rick in to install a new kitchen faucet, if needed, and to repair or replace a toilet. Rick was very professional and took the time to explain the options. He was able to give us an exact quote, go to the supplier and pick up a new toilet and install. This was done quickly and we're very pleased. He also left everything clean. We would definitely use Rick again for future plumbing needs.

Charlie and Connor did 3 jobs for me. I was very happy with the attitude and the competence of both individuals. They notified me ahead of their arrival and were on time.All three of my concerns/plumbing problems were solved to my satisfaction. Some excellent input was received on other plumbing/water issues also.Based upon the service today I would certainly contact your organization again should I have a need.

We have had John the Plumber come to our home for a few different repairs now and have been very pleased every time. Recently we had Charlie come and fix our shower and install a new toilet. I am very pleased with the service I received. The service provider made sure to explain the concerns, what steps he took to fix the issue and also offered to check anything else because he was faster then expected and their was time remaining within his service time slot. I truly appreciated his offer to assist with anything else; this is a true example of respectful and cost efficient customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend John the Plumber.
