More Life Pilates
One of the best decisions I've ever made was signing up for solo Pilates sessions with Tara. She is an incredible teacher, and her studio is so well appointed! She tailors each session to your specific needs and abilities, but never makes you feel like there's anything you can't do! I love the one on one approach, and she has the best workout tunes too!
