My 2013 Hyundai Veloster was repaired at JP Hyundai Surrey after experiencing engine failure due to pre-ignition damage. The service manager, Allan, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my appeal to Hyundai Canada to repair the engine. He also arranged for a rental car for the latter half of the 10 month repair process, which was greatly appreciated, especially since I’d just had a newborn baby!When the vehicle was ready for pick up, I was disappointed to discover that one of the 4 coils in my car burned out during the drive home from the dealer, causing the check engine light to come on again. While the new service manager, Raymond, did replace the coil at no cost, it seems that only the bare minimum parts were replaced, leaving me with some concerns about potential future issues with my car. Furthermore, the battery had corrosion and swelling, which was not addressed by the technicians causing my family to be stranded twice over a long weekend, requiring jump starts from strangers.Despite these issues, I would still recommend this location!Overall, I am satisfied with the repair and the excellent customer service provided by both Allan and the new service manager, Raymond. Allan's efforts to help with my appeal and the rental car arrangements were greatly appreciated and made a difficult situation SO MUCH easier to handle.

After sales Very bad service,, they didn’t take care of your car, when we buy they said pay the extra amount of extended warranty and after that within 3 months they said we are not responsible for anything. Very bad experience.. within 3 months,,Buy brand new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid fully loaded with leather seats but Within 3 months oil leak and specially service department Zaid Raihman didn’t behave well, don’t speak nicely, even whatever time to you go they showed we are very busy for 1months,, Anytime you call to reception and she transfer your call to service department but they never pick the call, totally disappointed from Hyundai Jim guildford. I have toyata car too but they provide very good service.. Never feel like that..For the very 1st time I got a call from Mr Zaid Raihman and he said your housing part is crack and broken, we will change the part but u have to pay for oil change but when I was come with my friend who has own mechanic shop then zaid totally said different he said some leakage from housing,, I said u call me part was broken then he didn’t say anything he ignored us then we came to other shop then just change the oil filte and he also gave me paper there is no crack in housing or broken. Zaid 2 times lied me and he doesn’t know how to treat with customers. He meet us like we are uneducated or illiterate people. Very Very bad experience from Hyundai. I never recommend to anyone to go Jim Pattison Hyundai.

I visited many dealerships in search of an SUV and this place is MILES AHEAD in customer service. I was initially met by Allwin who explained my options for leasing/financing and later went over all the features of the Tucson Ultimate Hybrid. Thereafter Sam set up the financing formalities and discussed premium options and add-ons which was very informative and useful. Finally Manny helped with the registration process and patiently explained all the options for insurance although it was already 1 hour passed closing time.Everyone was very friendly, personable and did their part exceptionally well. Couldn't have asked for a better first-time car buying experience. Highly recommended!

I was amazed that they contacted me a few days ( I guess within 1-2days later) to follow up if I like the car and if I need any help. They take forever to finish your work even though you do have an appointment. My appointment @3:00PM and they took almost 3 hours for just 10 minutes work. When I ask what's the status, they said your vehicle is on wash. When they handed over me they didn't even proper wash my car. They just spray water. Lost my 2 hours wages. Totally disgusting experience.
