Andrei did an amazing renovation job for one of our bedrooms. He was very professional, clean, fast and was honest with his pricing. I highly recommend him for any renovation project. The trim, and flooring is so perfect, no imperfections.

I have used Andrei and his company for a few years now.Initiialy for a difficult 3rd floor caulking job that the original window installer skipped out on doing and then for a number of other tasks including drywall and paint repair around a door replacement, deck staining and sealing, exterior stucco repair as well as a small office renovation which included demolition, new flooring and painting.Andrei has always been great to deal with, very accomodating and willing to find the right materials and application methods.If he feels that he cannot do something then he is honest about why not and provides alternatives options.He has always stuck to his original estimate and timelines.No issues whatsoever in recommending Smart Hand, they have been so helpful on a number of projects for me. I have full confidence in both the quality and integrity behind his work.

Andrei and his team did great work replacing carpet flooring with tile, painting all walls and trim, and exchanging light fixtures. Quote was fair, timing was exactly as promised and he returned promptly to complete the minor touch ups we identified (along with a little more than requested). We will definitely contact Smart Hands again.

We hired Andrei and his team to install laundry on our second floor and, while things were open, we decided to install pot lights as well. He worked around our hectic schedule (we were moving in) and everything was finished on time. We will definitely be calling Smart Hand first for any future work we have done.
