Whitecourt Dental Office

All the women in this office are lovely, kind, and friendly. However the dentist, Dr.Wong, is incredibly rude, snarky, talks down to patients, and is just all around unfriendly. He treated my five year old son like something he scraped off the bottom of his shoe, and that experience made me realize: he always has treated me that way too! He clearly wanted NOTHING to do with my son, who was doing nothing any other five year old wouldn’t do. He quickly was trying to pawn us off on another dentist in town, and wouldn’t even give my son a chance to get the work done he needed. I, nor anyone else in my family, will be returning to this absolutely awful dentist. And I warn others as well, especially those with children.

While I was in the hospital with dental pain my husband contacted numerous locations across the province trying to find someone to help me remove a tooth. Whitecourt Dental was the only place who contacted us back immediately when they had a opening and got me in right away. The receptionist is phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Genuine caring staff. Every single person in that office was patient, kind and caring. I didn't feel rushed or stressed at all when it took hours to freeze my painful tooth. Dr. Wong is a patient Dentist, his calm and patient demeanor made this process much more tolerable. The hygenist staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. It really was a family atmosphere. I can't rave enough about how phenomenal they were. I'm considering switching to this clinic for all my dental appointments.

I have visited every dental office over the past 10 years in Whitecourt. I am now back at this office. I find their dental work and treatment to be great quality, detail, and care.

I have been seeing Dr. Fox for the past 4 years. I have been in with a tooth ache at one time and another to have fillings addressed. I have been very pleased with the work here and their attitude towards patient care. Thanks Folks.

Both dentist are amazing. After being afraid of dentist for years he and his assistants help me thru some extensive dental work. Now I look forward to my visits.And Dr.wong was nice enough to let me have a payment plan for my son's braces. I fell on some good times and wanted that payment gone. Because it was paid in full he reimbursed me 700$. That is a 10% discount from a dentist. More than amazing job!

Dr. Matt Wong is a good dentist. Everyone is friendly and the prices are affordable. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants quality service for a good price.
