We were so glad to finally find a cage-free facility to board our anxious Samoyed while we were away for two weeks. We really enjoyed seeing the daily photos of Indy having fun on her very own vacation, and she even learned to swim! Chris's Dog Hotel No Cages Luxury Pet Resort also feeds raw food if requested, so we didn't have to risk any stomach upset by changing her diet. A big THANK YOU to the wonderful staff for taking such good care of her, and we highly recommend Chris's Dog Hotel to anyone needing a worry-free place for their dog to stay.

If I were a dog, the best place to hang out with other dogs is Chris’s Dog Hotel. I could run the big backyard, swim in the summer, hang out in the lounge, play with a wide variety of toys and receive excellent care from the staff. I am not a dog, but Scout is and for the last three years he has been enjoying his weekly visits to Chris’s Dog Hotel and the occasional sleepover. The staff interact with the dogs and demonstrate a high quality of care and compassion. If Scout was human, he would say, Chris’s Dog Hotel is the best care anywhere!

We have taken our now senior dog here for 4 years while our family of 6 goes away. Although it is not often the owners and staff at Chris’s dog hotel have been nothing but amazing to both our dog Skippy and our family. In fact they have perhaps become a part of our family. All of us, especially 1 of our daughters LOVES knowing how well he is cared for and awaits the pictures they post of him being loved and cared for while we are away. They never hesitate to respond when you ask how your furry friend is doing and are very accommodating when those unexpected life situations occur. They understand that now that our pal is getting older sometimes he just wants to stay inside, cuddle him when a thunderstorm rolls through and ensure that they always get some extra special photos for the kids. Staff are there day and night, dogs have a lovely place to play, run and relax, he always smells clean and fresh on pick up and so much more!If I could rate 10/10 I would!No doubt the BEST place around Belleville to take your pup when you’re away!

This business is being investigated for animal abuse, after choking my dog to stop him from barking. They can't keep staff for long because they quit/get fired for speaking out. Be weary, ask for a tour, they have kennels (no cages?) and have short tempers with the dogs.

The indoor and outdoor spaces are purpose built for the care and protection of your dogs and the staff is honest and caring.

First let me say I have been taking my dog to this establishment for years and have never had a negative experience. Lilly is now a senior dog and she always come home healthy and happy.I have never witnessed anything but a professional staff who seem to genuinely care and look after all of their charges. I would recommend them as a stress free way to be able to travel and know my fur baby is well cared for.

I took my dog for an assessment today and could not be happier with the experience. It is obvious the staff are very passionate about their job. Zoe was so welcoming - it definitely felt like I was leaving my dog with family. The daycare is clean and resembles a home unlike other dog boarding facilities.

Frasier and Zoe make you feel completely comfortable leaving your valued pet in their care. I went for our initial assessment and left Maggie for doggie daycare which she passed with flying colors. She is blind and I was concerned but she got along with all the dogs.
