I have been tanning here for a few years now and absolutely love it. The tanning beds are truly unmatched. I've have only ever had one issue with this location and reported it to the manager and it was resolved immediately and taken very seriously. You can certainly tell that the owner truly values this business and values making their clients happy.

The best Itan in the city. The whole staff, especially Laura, are pleasant and professional.Laura always greets you with a smile, knows your name when you walk in and is easy to converse with. IMO it is the best location in the city to go to! Having staff, especially managers who are as friendly and knowledgeable as Laura are huge assets and are few and far between!

I booked an appointment today for 1:40 showed to be told that it's going to be another 7 minutes before the bed was ready as someone else was using it. Turned out to be more like 15 minutes before the person came out and the bed was cleaned. I also booked a red light bed and wasn't put in one. My session should have been 8 minutes, but was only 6. Girl at the front with the neck tattoo was extremely rude. I've been using Kanata iTan for over three years and have never had any issues untill today. Once my month is over I will be finding a new place to tan.

Tanning was okay and staff was rude and tried to tell you that you'll burn in 10mins. I went in for 5mins and didn't get any darker and my bed was cold the whole time. Staff should listen to what the customer wants instead of trying to tell them how long they should go in a bed for, especially when the customer has been to 5 tanning sessions prior.

Very clean studio with many styles of beds to choose from.Membership and package options are somewhat confusing as they are charged separately; Because of the different bed types they offer, are different prices. Though after a couple of appointments, you get used to it. Staff was very friendly!

I was new to the Kanata store and had not tanned for a little bit. The staff there really took their time in explaining all the services. They asked a lot about my tanning history and analyzed my skin type so i would be in the tanning beds for the right amount of time. I had no issues and will be back. The store was very clean and the beds were so beautiful. I now have been going fora few months and will keep going. I feel energized, rejuvenated and feel great. I also did research online regarding tanning and i have to say it seems to be ok with no overexposure. I definitely picked the right salon. I highly recommend Itan.

What a great selection of beds, very knowledgable staff and just short waits if you have to wait at all. I am very pale olive and usually burn, was heading to Miami, and needed a base tan, got it without a burn, thanks to the professionals here! They also have great monthly promos on products making it affordable to buy!

I love the ladies at this tanning studios. I’ve been going regularly for over a year now. I’m always greeted with a smile and by name. I’m asked each and every time I come out how my experience went. If I ever hav a concern, which isn’t often, they’re addressed right away without an issue. They’re knowledge of sunless tanning and available products is superb. The location manager, MJ, is a sweetheart and so ready to make your tanning experience all it can be. Thank you itan ladies, you all make a smile each and every day I drop in for my me time!

Pretty good spot. Lines get a bit long tho. Everything also always seems to be super clean. The super are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend going here over other places. The prices are a bit expensive but not too bad.
