Great group of guys in the sales and service department. Costumer service is top notch. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership I think in my life. Looking forward to doing business there in the future.

Reached a deal on a vehicle. Went in to put my deposit down and the price had gone up due to no trade in, but he was aware from day 1 I wasn't trading it in and kept discussing that lower price with me even after the fact. He blamed miscommunication which is inaccurate. (I have it in writing). As well, the salesman also confirmed and guaranteed I would receive 5.99% financing through Nissan when I asked if I was approved for that (also have it in writing). I went in the following week to sign for my vehicle and was told 9.99% financing. To top it off - at one point, he reached over his desk to remove my hair from my face which was highly inappropriate and made me extremely uncomfortable. To say I'm appauled and disappointed with this entire transaction is an HUGE understatment.Worst dealership experience i've ever had in my life. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

Really great job. Kelly was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and supportive, and excited to find a deal that works for you. I didn’t feel pressured at all and I feel I made the right decision. I was able to ask many questions, learn about what vehicle would fit for me, and did not have to sacrifice any features/options for price. Kelly is super easy going, really kind, and wants you to have the best experience and make the best choice. I went with my kicks because it checked every box AND have the added bonus of an awesome dealership to work with. I’m excited to continue to work with them in the future.Edit to add: also what car salesman gets more excited and personalized your experience than Kelly? He thought of every detail, even saving a pink sales sign for my “I just bought a car” photo. So kind!

My car was spotless at the end of the service appointment. Regardless of the weather I highly recommend getting the complimentary car wash because in addition to removing the mud and salt on the exterior, they also vacuumed inside my car and removed the mud from my mats. 10/10

I was in a jam. I was returning from the United States trying to get home to Calgary and my engine light came on. I got my Qashqai to Lethbridge and found McDonald's Nissan. The staff in the service department was absolutely amazing. They got my vehicle in very quickly and we're true to the time frame they gave me for the diagnostic. Because I was from out of town and the weather was horrendous, they put priority status on getting me on my way. They found the problem and were able to fix it within an hour. Can't thank the McDonald's Nissan service staff enough. Thank you to Andrew and and getting me back on the road in record time. Bottom line, friendly people and excellent customer service!

I had an amazing experience leasing a car here! Everyone who works there was very nice and extremely helpful. Kelly sold me my car and made the experience very great and enjoyable! We are from Calgary and drove down to get the vehicle, however, Kelly and Celine made the process very simple and were very accommodating during this sale. We were able to accomplish everything over the phone and e-mail aside from the final paperwork. Additionally, Kelly answered all of my questions and continues to answer my questions now that I have the car and the sale is over. We are so glad that we decided to buy from this dealership as everyone was so nice and it was worth it.

Continuously great service! They were running behind but made sure my vehicle was done by the end of the day which was greatly appreciated. I got good prices on new sets of winter and summer tires and was offered a free car wash the next time I come by since they were not able to fit it in that day. Of the various Nissan dealerships that have serviced my vehicle, I’ve had the best experiences at McDonald, I definitely recommend!

McDonald Nissan delivered the best car buying experience I have ever had. I drove down from Calgary to purchase my vehicle and could not be happier with how everything went. I worked in the car business in Calgary for 2+ years as a Sales Manager and was 100% satisfied with how the Sales and Lease Coordinator John Rohde took care of me from start to finish. He did not use pressure tactics or B.S slimmy carsalesmen clichés, rather listened and fought for what I wanted to make a deal, thank you! The Financial Services Manager Celine Bond was great! She did not hide anything, try to fleece me or take advantage of me, rather was very knowledgeable and showed me she actually cared for the wellbeing of me and the car, thank you! Overall I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Keep up the great work McDonald Nissan team!
