The reviews for this location appear to be either love or hate so I'll give you my bad/good review.First off, when we were given an assigned delivery date and Tesla confirmed via, email, text message, Tesla app, phone call we arrived to pick up the vehicle but after sitting in the waiting room for an hour, we were told the car was not ready for that day. Obviously this annoyed us greatly but they compensated by giving us a loaner. We eventually got the car after 2 days and our experience with this location has been better ever since.Last month we took the car back to service the Frunk as it no longer opened. We were given a loaner (Tesla M3 in rough shape) but only after asking for one. This time they gave us frequent updates with regards to when our car would be ready and instructions on swapping the vehicles once repaired. It was covered under warranty and we got the car back after a couple of days.I would rate our first visit 2/5 and our second visit at 4/5

I bought Tesla Model Y 2023 in Nov. 2022 for $85,000 pre-tax. Now the price is reduced to $69,990. Called service and no compensation. This is not fair to the new owners. Tesla should not treat their customers like this.After half year of driving the Tesla Y, I finally realized that my Tesla Model Y has missed the logo T" and "Dual motor" sign in the back. I requested service and was advised that I need to pay to put it back as it was over 24 hours of delivery. Luckily I took pictures of the car on the second day of delivery. The date stamped picture shows the logo and sign are all missing. The store finally put them on without charging me. Thanks to Paul for talking to the manager!My advice is taking pictures after you receive your Tesla. Who knows what can happen."

Tiger is a very professional sales person.He is patient with questions and excellent attitude for the customer.We drove the gas car before, and when we first time to try the tesla, he is helpful with every items to make sure safe drive.Thanks Tiger and Tesla team!

I can’t say enough how grateful and appreciated we are with our salesperson, Tiger Hu. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and so patience with the whole process.We had the most dramatic event happened to our trade in car. Tiger went above and beyond to assist us.We went to see Tiger 2x before committing with the purchase. Every time (also on the pick up day), he spent so long to explain everything to us. Talking about best customer service.Tesla, if you are reading this, Tiger deserves the best employee of the month/ year!

Bought a new model 3 in Feb. Had to bring it back because driver window was sqeeking and passenger front had loud wind noise. Turns out the window seal on the passenger side needed to be replaced. The steering alignment was off. Was told by a service agent that it's not covered by warranty since I didn't inform them right away at delivery. First off, why is it my job to make sure they built the car half way decent? Secondly, it's pretty hard to find clean smooth roads without snow to test alignment on in February.Wanted $330+ tax for an alignment even though the car was not driven much. Blamed it on me either hitting something or driving over large potholes, neither of which happened.I refused the $330 alignment and the service agent was very cocky and said nobody else can do Tesla alignments.... It's wheel alignment, it's literally loosening / tightening a push rod.Attitude of the service agent was horrible. The technician that actually looked at my car was very pleasant though.

I have given more than three times to this location for service on my car. They do not treated customer time as valuable, and do not treat my problem and concerns serious. And I deeply believe all the 5 stars rating in this location on service is from the store employees and it's family members. Because by reading those reviews they are absolutely different than what I have experienced there. My car is accident free, falcon door interior trim crashed each other when door are opened. They will not admit this is factory assembly issue. My problems have never resolved. Appointments one after another, took months to organized from mobile to store directly. Once went to the store no shuttle, no loaner. Arrangement was made after pre conversation about shuttle and loaner on app. Parts department and service department communication has big issue, my parts could be misplaced after phone app has confirmed parts have arrived at store. They will Charged you top dollar for service without seeing the car but wrong parts or no parts arrived at store. With no customer service and customer understanding. DO NOT GO, if your time is valuable. Or do not get a Tesla if you looking for quality vehicle or aftercare service. There will be many more better build quailty EV out there. Full self drive is good and great. But quality build and customer service is not acceptable.

We had a great time buying our Tesla at the Vaughn showroom. Ishac Musah, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful. However, our delivery on May 20, 2023, was disappointing. The associate, probably named Tina, quickly dropped off the vehicle without explaining its features and benefits properly. She only spent five minutes with us.Regrettably, we discovered that the vehicle's material and workmanship were below par. On the very first day, while adjusting the middle row, a plastic piece detached. Additionally, when opening the third-row seats, the back part of the seats came off.Furthermore, we originally desired a vehicle with a black interior, but it was not available in stock. The salesperson suggested that we purchase a vehicle with a white interior, and we reluctantly accepted it by paying extra. To our dismay, the first time my wife sat in the vehicle, her dress's dye stained the seat. We were concerned that this issue would persist, with our clothes constantly staining the seats. We promptly reported this problem on the first working day after receiving our Tesla and requested an exchange for a vehicle with a black interior. However, our salesperson refused, citing that the sale was final. We still hold the desire to exchange our vehicle for one with a black interior and hope that Tesla can make it possible. This experience has caused us to reconsider our consideration of another Tesla vehicle unless the company takes responsibility and resolves the matter.

This is our 7th Tesla we picked up from this location. Umit had been phenomenal. I can still remember the first time buying my Model 3 with him. Umit guided us from A to Z. Our experience has been absolutely amazing. The amount of professionalism Umit has CANT be compared to any other. His excitement in Tesla’s drives us to keep purchasing and transitioning our family to EV. Thanks for everything Umit.

I got a flat tire and came to get my tire replaced. I was amazed at how quick they replaced a whole tire, took not even 10 minutes. 2 weeks later, i get a flat tire in the SAME TIRE. Turns out, I took it to my rental car company and the rental company said Tesla never replaced the tire. It was the same tire, they just patched the tire and charged me over $500. SCAMMERS! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Taking advantage of women. Shame on you.
