Very expressive. Old owners were never money hungry and very kind and helpful. And only paid just under $100 for a 5x10 unit.For the ridiculous amount these new owners rent a unit for u should be able to live in it. Lol... No I'm serious.

Absolutely recommend this storage facility. The units are clean, and dry, in the winter it is always plowed and available, it is secure and above all else, the customer service you will receive is by far, the best. They are very quick to respond , very accommodating and understanding and they give extra time when required to answer questions or concerns any time of the day…Thank you Timmins Mini Mall Storage

New ownership doesn't care about anything but money. Now you need to pay for 'insurance' and the amount they cover doesn't come close to what is in storage. If I had extra money I wouldn't have my stuff in storage. Try to explain it to them but they don't care. Then they call you 3 times, send 5 emails with fees attached to it that shouldn't even be there. They just hope you don't notice and pay so they get the extra money. Only NEWER accounts with 1 review ever have left this place 5 stars. Can't wait until either another storage facility opens up or I can finally pull my stuff away from this place. 0 stars if I could.

Marlene, at 827 Mountjoy St S, was so kind and accommodating, a pleasure to talk with and extremely helpful.After having an apartment fall through and need of immediate storage space, she found me the perfect spot to store my things while I could get settled and find new housing.
