Load-N-Lift Disposal & Hauling

Many years ago I was left with the task of clearing out my grandparents home after they has both passed. A very tedious job as they had been in their home for many many years.I came across this family run business and am so very grateful. Not once did Tom or Kris, or any family member/employee hesitate to help me. Quite often a bin would be dropped off and be filled just as quickly. The following week another bin, until the home was cleared (9 bins in total).It is because of the kindness & professionalism, that I never hesitate to recommend this business. They were there to supply what I needed.

Excellent service received from initial call to bin pick up. Owner was very professional and provided me with clear information so that I could make the right choice of bin size. Delivery and pick up were on schedule and it was very clear this was a family owned business as there was pride in providing the best service from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend Load & Lift and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Edit due to response from companyI don't understand how refusing to leave the bin you say we requested is good customer service because an accurate review was going to be left. Also how was a larger bin picked up unscheduled and able to be emptied and delivered to my house with with in 20 minutes of refusing to leave bin that you tried to deliverer as the drive said you guys had 20 yard bin but the city had rented all the 25 yard bins seems very odd to me. Also, when you called us back you send you listened to phone call recording and they we were correct agian terrible customer service I guess pride our selfs on customer service" means something different to you than meyou can see by all my previous reviews if businesses on here I have no problem giving good companies good reviews am nVery rude and unprofessional. Ordered a bin and asked for the largest they had. They came to deliver the bin and they bring a 6 yard bin (maybe 8 0r 10 yard bin as I don't now exact sizes as that not my job but was close to half of the size of the 20 yard i had delivered later that day). Driver/owner argues with me about bin size

Checked all the boxes!! Good price, immediate response to phone call inquires, on time for both delivery and pick up of bin. Excellent customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Great guys. Friendly professional service. You can tell they take pride in their service and equipment. Located their bin perfectly to load all the stripped singles off the roof.

I can't say enough about Tom and his crew. Friendly local owned business with highly competitive rates. On time and so easy to do business with. They just drop the bin in your driveway, you fill it, they come and pick it up. Ezpz

We often use load n lift for our spring clean out and yard maintenance cleanups at the beginning of the year. Never a disappointment, always on time, courteous and professional. They do their best to accommodate our changing needs. 100% would recommend.
