Chef Claire's

I ordered from Chef Claire's for a 30 person party this weekend. Claire planned a selection of platters/finger foods based on our budget a couple weeks ahead of time and I picked everything up in the afternoon for our evening event. It was easy to heat up and plate the hot food, and everything else was presented beautifully. Everyone at the party raved about the food, especially the tuna tataki platter and cauliflower pakoras. I thought we got great value and the food was delicious - would 100% get another party catered by Chef Claire again

Chef Claire's was such a wonderful discovery during Covid measures while working from home, where if we were feeling under the weather or tired we would have some awesome meals to rely on stocked up in the freezer by them. We loved everything we tried! The sandwiches are delicious and offered for a decent price as well which made them a favorite to swing by for lunch.

My go to lunch spot. I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like. They also have prepared frozen meals to take home which is very convenient for those nights you don’t want to cook! Excellent service too!

They offered 4 kinds of ciabatta bread sandwiches on the day we dropped in for takeout lunch. The roast beef and pulled pork were both succulent and not overlying seasoned, paired well with their respective cheese and sauce - not sure what, but they sure were tasty. A luncheon sandwich is about $8.5, if you add a side salad then the combo is $12. Just the right portion and good value for the quality in our opinion.Don't forget the loaded cookies!

My wife and I first experienced Chef Claire while window shopping on Main Street early this Fall. She was advertising Thanksgiving meals for take out and to a busy couple tired of the kitchen, it sounded like a great idea.That meal arrived a few weeks later and it was both a delight and an opportunity for us to appreciate more time with each other with a grand feast to savour.When I decided a month later to host a work event for the colleagues who have provided such great support to both me and our constituents though the pandemic, I reached out to Claire to see if this may be possibility.After a few brief and helpful discussions, a menu was created, plans were made and the big night arrived.That night proved better than i imagined.The food, the service and the event was great with canapés, mini meals, and nice platters of treats.While food should be at the heart of any great event, this food was never intrusive not overbearing but solid, flavourful, well presented and part of a night of celebration.Thank you Claire, Tammara and Priscilla for your hard work.Sincerely, Alec

I've had lunch here and it was awesome, best and most interesting salads and sandwiches who knew? Drool* loaded cookie *drool* Just had Claire cater Thanksgiving with a gourmet dinner we picked up, saved my butt made the holiday stress free and delicious ( for that I'm very thankful! ... I can see a repeat coming for Xmas ) She has frozen take home meals in a freezer you almost overlook... Seriously the best, frozen meals that are delicious, favourites are butter chicken (better than vij's! way more chicken) the Moroccan lamb pie and the meatballs and so many that I have yet to try. Thank you Chef Claire! Happy Thanksgiving!
