What a great store!Wall to wall products! What looked like to me a doggy bakery, and most importantly, friendly staff that want to help.I personally think they have a greater selection of products and wider amount of choices than any other pet store I’ve been in.If you need something for your fur baby, or need a gift for someone else’s pet, go in and see what I mean.Or call ahead and they will get your order ready for you, making the experience quick if you are tight on time.Ps. The owner Leah is brilliant, and very knowledgeable if you need any advice on what you might be looking for.

The customer service is great sometimes, other times not so much depending on who is working imo.

Went in to ask some advice and the woman was very condescending and unhelpful. Seemed like either I was bothering her or she had no knowledge of the products she sells. I’m in retail and understand that some people are rude but I had to bite my tongue and thank her and walk away.

Worst service and staff. They don’t provide any service. They have no idea of the products they have or what they carry. I called about a specific dog food and was told “I don’t think we have it and he hung up”. I went into the store 1 hr later and it was in the shelf. Either they have not been trained or are just lazy

The team at this location are very helpful, understanding, caring and all around wonderful. I’ve got a female Labradoodle that’s got a sensitive tummy. Every time she gets sick she won’t eat her food anymore. We then go on the hunt for a new food lol. Each and every time we’ve had to do this they never made me feel awkward or bad. You know how some people see you coming and you catch the vibes/energy like here we go again or they are annoyed…they never do that. They understand animals and they know their products. They have gone above and beyond for us and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks guys for everything you do for us. Love Faith & Enola

We took our dog to this location.Great stuff, washing stations are big and clean, shampoo and towels are provided. No more mess at home! We will be back!

I had the pleasure of visiting this Pet Valu location and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the friendly team. Not only were they welcoming, but they were also extremely knowledgeable about all things pet-related. They offered me personalized recommendations based on my pet's specific needs and preferences, and took the time to answer all of my questions.Overall, I had an outstanding experience at this Pet Valu location and it's all thanks to the amazing staff. I recently moved to the area and this has been by far the best Pet Valu location I've visted. The staff are always very welcoming and knowledgeable on products.
