Came in today to have another screen protector replaced on my phone . We then came back about an hour later to have my wife’s done, too . Sean explained the current protector was from 2018 and technology changed since then . He offered to replace it n/c . We were more than willing to pay but this nice and unexpected gesture was truly a class act .Thanks Sean !!!

Fantastic service! I had an issue with the screen protector installed there the day prior. When I went back the guy was extremely helpful and replaced it while I waited.

I'm a geek who updates my iPad and iPhone every year. And every year I go back to Wrapprz first thing to get a screen protector put on. They do the absolute best job, bar none, of anybody doing the tricky job of putting on a screen protector properly. Consequently when I sell my devices in order to get the latest model, they are in pristine condition so I get top dollar for them. Highly recommended!

I bought an ExtremeShield iPhone 11 screen protector with Lifetime warranty. Guess what, the screen protector cracked, I asked for a replacement or money back but I get 'crickets'. The Store will not return my calls or messages. Don't buy anything from this store at Hillside Mall if you think the warranty will be honoured. In my experience, they take the money and don't uphold their word. Terrible way to do business. We won't be back to this store.

I went to return a case that I purchased from here and there were a couple scratches on it that were not really visible unless you really took a close look at the case and because of that they wouldn't let me return it or exchange it. I have been a pretty loyal customer here so I mentioned to them that I have spent lots of money there but all the employee said was Sorry about that" so I just left the store. It seems like all this store cares about is money

Needed to replace my screen protector (dropped my phone on a rock which scuffed up the protector, but that's why you have them). Was in and out with a new one installed in about 5mins. Cost less than the box stores charge (and they wouldn't have installed it). Great friendly service, would highly recomend.

Thankful for the good service. I was in a bit of a Catch-22, where Apple needed to remove my cracked screen protector in order to replace the battery, but to get Wrapperz to remove it they would have to swap it. The owner graciously worked something out with me to get around it, and honoured his word after coming back from the Apple store. Thanks!

I bought a screen protector and it started peeling off my phone within two weeks of purchase. When I brought it back to the store, the owner told me I must’ve caught the screen protector on something to pry it off (which makes no sense because my case is raised above the edges of the screen protector) and that because it wasn’t their fault they wouldn’t replace it, blaming the issue on my alleged mishandling rather than the fact that the product they sold me was low quality. They offered me half off for another screen protector but it makes no sense to sink even more money for a product that has proven itself unreliable. Unsatisfactory experience.
