Sandstone Ceremony and Photography Venue was incredible!We met Kimberley Boddez and her staff at her gorgeous location for my son's Graduation photo's. Due to COVID last year, his Graduation was not like any other. We were not able to take family photos, or have the experience that a grad would have for that once in a lifetime graduation.Her property and venue is absolutely gorgeous! We had numerous photos taken that we were able to take as a family and individual ones that created memories that will be everlasting.I was extremely please that she was able to accommodate our small group and follow all COVID protocols and then some!She stayed with us the entire time and helped us when we needed it. She has the most beautiful props and places to take pictures. The background of the beautiful acreage combined with the designated areas for photos turned out to be incredible. It was a windy day, but because she had these areas it made the pictures easier to take and still look amazing.She was very patient and kind and extremely easy to deal with. She knew our needs and not only fulfilled them but exceeded all expectations.I will never forget this amazing experience that made our day with our new Grad so very special.I would highly recommend Sandstone Ceremony and Photography Venue to anyone who is looking for that unforgettable experience that you are able to treasure for a lifetime! I especially recommend her for Graduation photos and her location is perfect for small gatherings.Kimberley and her staff are very professional but make you feel like you have known them for years.You won't be disappointed! Book her early as she can book up very quickly but always is accommodating! We had our wedding here this past weekend and it went great! Not far out of St. Albert, and tons of space! Also a great price compared to a lot of outdoor venues. Kim was accommodating and very pleasant to work with and great with regular communication. She was on site the day of and helped to open the big reveal doors.The day of our wedding it rained all day and we weren't sure if it would stop or not. Kim was awesome and set up her 13 rain tents that she had and also had umbrellas on standby by (the tents were all mix matched in color I noticed of royal blue and white which I did not know, I assumed they were all white so I was a little surprised by that as my limo pulled up the day of) With it being an acreage, the gravel road was of course muddy for guests to walk through, as well as the spot where we stood to do our vows right in front of the gazebo. (I would suggest a green turf to fix that issue for your dress if it rains...) An hour before the ceremony, the rained ended up stopping.We also used half of the decor package as a lot of the items for the isle did not match our colors or what we liked.Guests utilized the photo ops for great photos and it was overall a beautiful day! 10/10 would recommend this venue!
