Jules was amazing, prompt replies, lots of information, fair pricing and didn’t try to upsell or upsell to non needed items. I actually got a few unexpected addition comped. Delivery is Thursday and this far 10/10 experience.

Everytime we being our pool sample. They are able to diagnose it perfectly. Maria was so patient and knowledgeable. She knew my personality....and coached me carefully. Let's just say I had a lot of work to do to get the pool water perfect! She offered up a coupon and the membership. Who doesn't love to save money? She also made great suggestions so I would be able to save. Pool looks great again! I should also mention Vantage pools put our pool in over 20 years ago. We do not get away much so it is lovely to come home to our own paradise! Thank you!

Would give no stars if possible. Terrible workmanship, so many issues and problems. Had a pump recalled, ordered a new one from the manufacturer, Doug from Vantage said they have to install it, instead of installing it they installed an old dirty used one, and took my brand new one sent from the manufacturer! Wouldn't provide me a serial number to prove they gave me a used one.Problem after problem with this company. Had a large custom in ground pool built. The biggest regret was choosing this company. Doug misled us about several important items, pricing, etc. Left holding the bill for a terribly built pool.

As a rule I generally try to post positive reviews, however contact with this company was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years. When I called to talk about in ground pools, the individual who answered the phone told me to enter my information via their website. That’s understandable since this could be the most efficient way to gather necessary data. When doing so their website sent back an error. Seems technical failure, no problem I’ll call them back. This is when things went wrong. I was told it was my fault and to try a different computer, which i had prior to calling back, and had the same result. Then he said its happened before. I asked if there was an email i could just send to so I would not have to continue to re type my info and requires paragraphs. Their reply, “no”. Their office gets 30-40 leads a day and it wasn’t possible. I asked to just talk to someone, “no”. Can someone call me back “no”. Then I was reminded “you said you weren’t in a rush, can’t you just wait until later and try the forms again”. Yes, true, I am looking to install the pool come spring, but my day doesn’t stop, I have lots of stuff I could do, other than retyping their forms or writing this review. Even when I said, I feel our conversation needs to be heard by people running Vantage, I was encouraged to do so. Here I am. Hoping someone at Vantage Pools knows that I may have been only one of the 30-40 ‘leads’ in a day, but I tried to hire you. I guess I’ll move on. I’m sure you provide great quality, but I can’t even get in the door.

Hands down, the best customer service that you will ever get from a pool/spa company. Their technicians are terrific, their products are solid, and they will always help if you need something inside their store. Hats off to Rhett, Terry, Jules, Lindsay and company!! Keep up the great work!

I rarely write reviews but I had to share.I am so disappointed as I purchased a lot of chemicals and services from Vantage over the years and recently had a very awful experience.Anyway, I bought a 'product' and there was a younger girl who sold it to me. She opened the box and pulled the product out.Well I noticed the box was worn a bit and the product looked used but she insisted it could be returned if there was any trouble at all. She was really assuring so I bought it anyway.I put it in my car and left it there overnight because I realized I could buy the exact same thing on Amazon for half the price.It was too big a saving on Amazon to keep so I brought it back the very next day.The younger girl was there again and had the nerve to say that I used the product. Nope. Left it in my car and never used it because Amazon had it at a much lower price.She was the one who told me I could return it no problem. She even opened the box in front of me and pulled the product out when I came the day before! She saw how it looked used.I was furious!! She suggested I was lying.I am not sure how we ended up getting to the till but she did give me a refund.Sorry Vantage but that girl cost you a customer. It's not good customer service.The product should have been marked final sale if it was used and returned the first time.Sorry but I had to share this experience. :(
