Lawtons Drugs Lower Sackville

This is our local pharmacy and we love it for so many reasons. They always have really great sales on, and rarely run out of stock. The store is always clean and tidy, and considering that it is on the smaller side (in comparison to others), they have plenty of variety and stock of products. The shining achievement for me in this Lawtons is the pharmacy team. I'm always blown away at how attentive and caring they are, always going above and beyond to make sure people have what they need to stay happy and healthy. We literally never step foot in Shoppers anymore.

Customer service from floor staff and staff behind the counter is outstanding. But the service stops there. The management is deplorable. We bought a product and were told by two staff members that we had 30 days to return in unused condition with teceipt. We drove 40 mins to try the wrist brace on my son and it did it fit. We returned the next day. It was unused and we had the receipt. The selling cashier was present and prepared to return the brace. After calling for management to approve the return he declined and said it was against policy despite two staff confirming they told us we had 30 days. One of the more disgusting displays of customer service from Management I’ve ever seen.

Don't like that this store isn't 24 hours anymore. I really enjoyed shopping during the wee hours of the morning when there's not a lot of people around. Pharmacy isn't great. Staff isn't friendly at all nor helpful.just a mess of a store. Wow can't believe sobeys has gone downhill like this. At least superstore doesn't promote 24 hours on the side of the store and then have different hours all together. Shameful.

Been going to here since Oct.Abysmal service from the pharmacy every time.They forget my prescriptions, and don't advise when they are ready or refill it automatically like their other locations.

Always 2 to 3 hours to get a script filled. Automatic and website refills are a joke can't process. Hate this pharmacy only use it cause Dr office upstairs.

Stopped in to get a new prescription filled that was not available at my nearby Medicine Shoppe.The service I got from a young lady named Taylor MacDonald was nothing short of awesome!!I was treated as if I had been their only customer. She was very helpful, answered my many questions and although very busy and had been finished her shift for thirty minutes, even called my regular Pharmacy twice in order to get my health plan information before they closed since I had forgotten my health plan card. Wonderful young lady! What an asset to Lawton's!

If you plan on going to this place in the morning be there more then an hour before they open not 40 minutes or 30 minutes. When they open up they only take the first 22 people. Thats it. Door closed in your face, and then you got to do it all over again at noon time cause they close for lunch or whatever then start they start seeing pateints again. Repeat process that gets old quick.

A man needed medicine for his child just now and didn't quite have enough money. The pharmacist said his little girl needs the medicine now and told the dad to pay the rest when he can. Very cool. That's why I come here; amazing service.

I am noticing that their products are diminishing and take much longer to restock

Pharmacy is disappointing, don't come near close and expect any help for your sick child aside from go somewhere else or come back tomorrow". Good thing they aren't in the business of helping people......oh wait...."
