Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Spent 2 hours getting my hearing fully tested and going over all the types of hearing aids and choosing the best one for me. Very impressed!

My father got a new set of hearing aids today. He had a wonderful supper and conversation with the whole family tonight. A first time in a long time. The service we received was kind and patient with us. We couldn’t have been happier. Thank you Connect Hearing Lloyd staff, your wonderful.

Went there to get custom ear plugs for work asked for the brand DB blocker was told no problem had them made up, went to get them and they were not the brand that I wanted and the ladies at the front said they were I had to make a phone call to find out they weren’t! Then only time they could get me in 12:30 following week when I needed them for work cause I was leaving and weren’t able to find an earlier time to do them, they weren’t willing to help me out and get me an earlier appointment when they screwed up right out of the gates! Not impressed won’t be back
