Oshawa Lakeview Pharmacy & Telemedicine Walk-in Clinic

I have to say this is the best pharmacy I have ever been too. I have been a customer for over a year now and Syd the owner/manager has done everything he can to help me when required. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know.

This pharmacy was BY FAR the absolute best one I've ever been to ! They are so friendly, kind and most of all patient! I was very confused with everything my doctor prescribed and keyur was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I will most definitely be using them from now and into the foreseeable future. Definitely very family oriented and I just can't recommend them enough

Update-Since this incident … the manager has since sought me out personally to discuss and somewhat attempt to rectify the situation… also giving me his business card with his cell phone# in case of any further future possible issues/situations… it was very refreshing to have this type of customer service… it’s the personal touches that make all the difference.Thank you Sid (manager)(I’ve changed my rating from a 1 star to 3 stars)March/2023-I am in shock!!! I go to the clinic and see this “online” doctor… the nurse tells her something that I didn’t say and they gave me a prescription. They asked me if I have insurance I said no and they give me a prescription for $255… I call back a week later because I’m still sick and the nurse speaks over me and hang up on me.. and this is the same nurse that gave me a letter to tell me that Jesus loves me and to do good onto others!!!they talk all this stuff about god and that’s how she treats people. What a joke. GOD IS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I AM A SURROGATE AND I CARRY BABIES FOR PEOPLE!!!

Saw Dr. Tahseen Kasmani who was wonderful and so was BJ who connected us to her. If you need to see a Dr. Right away, this might be unorthodox but it's a great way of getting help right away instead of waiting for days to see someone.

This is my home pharmacy. The staff provides excellent service. With advanced notice including email, they prepare all my prescription medicine, order from suppliers if not in stock. No wait times in picking up my meds!

DO NOT USE UPS PICKUP POINT!!!I had a package be delivered there and they kept telling me they didn't have it. I had to call UPS customer support to give me the name of the employee (it was Sery) who signed off on the package when it was delivered and only then did they admit they had the package. Both of the workers were rude to me when I told them I had confirmation it had to be at the location and the man there raised his voice with me many times, even telling me to stop talking and listen to him" in a very rude tone. I apologized many times even though I was just trying to get my package and they were continuously rude and unhelpful. Finally someone else checked the back for it and my package was there all along. He told me my name wasn't on the package and that's why they couldn't find it but I can see my name clearly on the package and the other label that would have had my name on it was mysteriously ripped off.At the end of the day I got my package but only due to me being persistent. If you have something important being delivered DO NOT get it sent to this pickup point!!"

Fast and good quality service. Pharmacists were really kind. I recommend this pharmacy to any of my neighbors.

This pharmacy is the best I have ever dealt with. They make you feel like a person and not a number. They take time to get to know you and help you in any way they can. I have recommended this pharmacy to many people and once they meet Sid and staff they switch. Keep up the great work.
