Our first time there, food was very good, our waitress was really kind and attentive. Will definitely go back.

In the height (hopefully) of the staffing shortage, La Casa De Rosa was able to provide my family of 6 with an absolutely delicious meal, made beautifully. Did it take a bit longer than expected? Yes, but were the already thin staff doing their best to keep up with demand? A resounding YES. I'd order from here any time for a great, delicious South-of-the-border meal. Just be sure to give a bit of extra time during this staffing shortage. We particularly enjoyed the char-broiled shrimp, but everything was wonderful.

I’ve literally tried so hard to support this place. I love Mexican food and try to get it every so often. I’ve been fortunate to get this twice since it opened. Once was amazing. All of the food was fantastic! However, the second time I was so disappointed. The botana didn’t have avocado or olives on it and the tamales were so bad… they literally looked like a coney dog. That was back in February. I’ve still tried to get it at least 8 times since then. Every single time they’ve been closed. Except today! I was so excited! However, I hung up after being on hold for more than 10 minutes. I understand being busy and lack of help- but being on hold that long was excessive.Photo is a tamale, not a coney dog just fyi.

This was not a pleasant experience despite the kindness of the waitstaff. We did not eat very many bites and left it on the table. My husband's drink tasted strange, the rice was odd, and there was queso where there should have been substance. I don't know anyone who would like this. We were charged for a meal we should have been paid to attempt to consume.

This was my first time here. I was looking for a Mexican restaurant as I live in Algonac. My husband ordered the enchilada meal and I ordered the super nachos. The amount of food was well worth the price that we paid. It was very appetizing and appearance and taste. We will definitely order from this place again. My husband said it tasted very authentic! Thanks LA Casa de Rosa.

Cute little place. Clean. I can see it getting loud easily on a busy night.Mild salsa was pretty bland, spicy wasn't spicy but at least had flavor. Chips are great; thick, crunchy and fresh.I got the tampiquena, steak was tender and flavorful, rice left something to be desired, beans were good (hard to mess up refried beans). It came with an enchilada as well and I wasn't a huge fan of the mole, but the cheese was great. Guac was starting to brown and could have used some more lime. They did have a great drink list with multiple mixed drinks, margaritas, liquors, beer and wines.Overall there aren't many Mexican places in this area, it was good enough to go back.Side note: if you've never been to Marine City, know that you'll need to park in the street or down a few blocks because there is no parking lot. Everything is within a couple blocks though, just like any downtown.

We went with a party of 4. They were short staffed and overwhelmed. 1 server and 1 cook for the whole place. We know we would have to be patient and we did wait a little while for our food. Over all it was a good experience. Food wasn’t the best I’ve had but was good enough to come back.

This place is amazing! We are new to the area and The Fish Company was closed and we were hungry. So we decided to try it since we like Mexican. We got the Enchiladas and Garlic Shrimp. Both were so yummy but I can honestly say the Garlic Shrimp was by far the best Shrimp dish I have ever had at a Mexican Restaurant. We eat in Mexicantown and all over and this was definitely better than we have tasted anywhere. We are so glad we found this place, we will be back!!! So happy it is only 15 minutes from our house.
