I will never go anywhere else to service my car again. All the other reviewers are right. So respectful, reasonably priced, and very clearly honest! They drove me where I needed to go, then picked me up when they were done. The only call I got for additional work was to see if I wanted my windshield washer fluid topped up. If that wasn’t enough, not long after, I got a letter in the mail thanking me for my business and reminding me of their 12 month guarantee. So different from my dealership that thanked me, then tried to sell me a new car.

Honest and caring family business that does not try to sell you repairs. They repair what is needed and contact you with the information for you to decide, with their input. Professional. Hard working and fair in all they do. Great customer service and down to earth with car stuff. Highly recommend! Even give you a ride if you need one(not during Covid though)

Steve and Joanne are great! I highly recommend them and their business. Their work has a backed 12 month/20,000KM warranty which I thought was awesome! You can tell this is an honest business run by very nice people, which is really refreshing. I sure am happy to know where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on.

Steve and Joanne have been looking after our vehicles and our families vehicles for more than 10 years. My dad was a mechanic and I had to shop around to find someone I trusted. Steve is great always tries to get vehicle back to you asap. Excellent warranty. Honest planning for our vehicles future needs. This is the only place I take my car. He is the best! .

I have a Nissan juke consuming oil. Brought my vehicle in after having it at the dealership. Idylwyld Auto was excellent in diagnosing the issue and found other issues that need attention (not mentioned by the dealership). This was such an amazing experience!

I have basically adopted this place as my go to Mechanic after being burnt by Canadian Tire and other Corporations. The People working here are friendly and seem to just want to earn their money honestly. I've had zero issues with any of the repairs, and I have called them for advice on how to fix small issues on my car that don't need a shop and they answered truthfully.I appreciate your business taking such good care of my vehicle and me.
