I.D.A. - Langley Pharmacy

I see a few other people who have had the same issue that they don't do returns. I was in need of a sharps bucket for my daughter's biweekly injections, and was laughed at by the lead pharmacist when I asked aren't they usually free?" but I still bought it anyway in case I couldn't get one anywhere else. I then went to the Walmart pharmacy where the sharps bucket WAS free. When I tried to return the unneeded original to IDA I was told that they won't do that. I understand the reasoning of it being a sanitary issue

I have been a customer of the Langley IDA pharmacy since 2017, when I moved next door to them. They have always been incredibly kind and courteous, with an admirable level of professional service. If there ever was an error, because face it- we're all human- they bent over backwards to fix it. I deal with them on a very regular basis as I have a number of chronic illnesses. When I had to move to a seniors community in Cloverdale, because I became confined to my bed and could no longer care for myself, they began delivering all my medicine to me! To me that is service, kindness and caring that goes well beyond the norm. These folks are a blessing in my life and I am so very thankful for them.

Mohammed assisted me when I was visiting Langley for work and came down with severe food poisoning. He offered to deliver the medication I needed as well as other supplies. Before doing so he researched and found that the medication was not suitable for pregnant women. He offered support by way of a phone appt with a doctor, as I was from out of town. After all that, he eventually followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was feeling better. I have never received this level of care from my home town or care services. WAY TO GO Mohammed.

This pharmacy is fantastic ! They are always so friendly and professional. Jeff does an amazing job and really cares about his customers. It's a small very underrated pharmacy ! Thanks to Jeff and all the other employees there. I appreciate you.

The pharmacist Claire is the nicest pharmacist I’ve ever met. She was so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be returning to this pharmacy for all my needs.Highly recommend!

IDA Pharmacy for covid shots and flue shots. Excellent fast service,I am very pleased with their staff friendly service.

Absolutely disgusting pharmacy. Bought vitamin E oil from them which was opened. I went to go return it or even exchange it 10 min later and they said they can’t do anything. Staff started arguing with me and didn’t even offer any solutions. Pharmacy owner said to come back on Sunday so they can “figure it out”. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Geoffrey Cridge is the worst pharmacist.

Extremely cluttered and dirty, old white guy behind the counter stalked me as I was looking around. Did not have basic variations of Advil, lots of empty shelves due to “supplier shortage” he told me. He lacked the knowledge necessary to advise me about products and the location of them. Would not recommend wasting time in there.

The pharmacy won't accept a return even though they made the error. Be careful. Check & double check that they got it right. Or better yet, go elsewhere where customer service means something.

This is quite possibly the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and I am a frequent customer/patient.The location is central (downtown Langley City), the hours of operation are quite generous, the retail section offers lots of choice, prices seem to be competitive (IDAs store brand is *very* reasonably priced), the shelves are well stocked, and it's a very clean, pleasant atmosphere. Perhaps the IDAs greatest strength is the staff, though. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are beyond friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and have never made me feel like I'm wasting their time. They make a point of calling me by name, they always seem to know what I need, even before I ask for assistance! If it's not too busy, the staff is happy to chat and joke for a minute or two, and it just seems so personal, that is, it's not just business" and then you're outta there! I have unfortunately had to deal with pharmacies that want you in and out of their business as quickly as possible
