When you haul and drive the equipments and the trucks, please be extra careful and respect others. You don’t have to block the entire traffic and drive in the middle of the two lanes. The driver and the passenger were very rude.If you represent your business with your trucks, respect others and be kind on the road.

Horizon removed three beech trees from our yard this past spring that I was tired of trimming back from the house every year (they can grow to 100ft across). They were fast, professional, courteous, and left our yard completely clean when finished. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs an arborist to care for their yard. In fact, my neighbour also hired them and did a fantastic job in their yard as well. 5 stars!

This company is top notch when it comes to all landscaping needs. From my experience they are very responsive to queries, even if it's not something they can help out with. When they can help out the quality and professionalism is second to none.The employees all seem to get along well and put off a very family/team oriented vibe!highly recommend, not only for your landscape project, but also if you are an industry professional looking for a new employment opportunity.

Horizon was our contractor for snow removal. My observation is that they apply too much salt (for example they put down salt on our property 4 times in 2 days). They seem short staffed when it comes to actual snow removal. We had to made separate requests for them to shovel sidewalks and roadway snow removal done was around 12 hours+ after snowfall.Despite the rates being set in our contract, in the middle of December, Horizon told us that they would be doubling all rates on December 24/25/31 and January 1st. This was not mentioned when we signed the contract.In short, for snow removal service, there is better services elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Colin while needing to clean up my messy and overgrown yard. He responded promptly and gave me a timely date to help me out, while other places quoted me for months and months later. Thank you to colin and his hardworking team who came and did a wonderful job! 10/10 would use again. Keep it up young man.

Horizon Landscapers do not treat people's property with respect. Very rude employees made a mess on my car. Definitely do not recommend supporting a business that employs staff with these negative attributes.

I haven’t used their business, but there’s this one truck that tends to (not my first time seeing this) sit idly parked with ignition on, on Columbia street by the park I always walk by. The fumes that this car continues to emit are very irritating. I walk around the park for at least 20 minutes, and there it stays, with ignition on, person sitting inside, scrolling their phone. It’s not environmentally friendly, and it’s not considerate of the people who live in this neighbourhood. I find this highly unprofessional. If you need to sit there and wait because of your job, please turn your ignition off.

Did really good work and decent clean up(Contracted from the city to do the over trees hanging)The receptionist followed up right away (extremely friendly and helpful) when I had a tiny concern over a small issue but it was resolved and fix right away. Definitely recommend
