I went in this morning. Lady serving me was nice but forgot to hand me the cookie I asked for. She was now busy with other customers. I saw what appeared to be a manager standing and not doing a thing right in front of the cookies. I told her that the other lady forgot my cookie. In a rude tone she tells me if she forgot my cookie then she can get it for me. Then rudely tells me she is too busy training. I understand if she was actually busy or if it had been more than moving her two arms for 5 seconds. But it was a simple request, I don’t understand why she was rude about it.

People who works here are either deaf or they only assign deaf people to take customer’s order. They can’t hear anything and make order always wrong. They don’t value customers and customer service. I went to the counter to get what I ordered after finding out they made my order wrong as usual, a Filipino women got aggressive at me for asking to make my order right. The Filipino women also charged me more money and when I told her you charged me more than you suppose to, she refused to give my money back. I’ll never go to this location until they get staff who can meet customer’s expectations and Canadian culture.

Asked for the new vanilla coconut cappuccino, she put in down as a latte we said no it's a cappuccino she said that's right and give us lattes went back and same person said we never asked for cappuccinos

Stopped in for a few ice Capps. Not once did the counter attendant acknowledge me as a customer or even smile. She was monotone during the whole transaction and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. I will never be back. On a lighter note, my order was correct.

Messed up orders constantly even when you have dietary restrictions and you explain that prior to ordering. When I call to have my name in the book, I was told my name and number was putting down and come back and pick it up. Following through with that action I get there and even the manager says that they did not put my name or number down, and there is nothing that they can do. The rudeness from the manager herself is absolutely absurd, therefore I imagine it reflects on the employees, and I believe they deserve proper management and training!Being told by a manager that I am lying about my order is absolutely ridiculous, when I cannot eat certain things but yet you served it to me so I tried to get it fixed but yet you imply I'm 'fibbing'. I used yo come here every morning, now, I most certainly will not be back.!

Poor customer service… was given the wrong muffin in a drive thru order, tried to call and let them know so I could return and get the right one, came back later on in the day and they would not give me the muffin I had ordered without paying for a new one, when they were the ones who messed it up. I understand they don’t want people to exploit this by getting free items, but I go to Tim’s everyday and when they make a mistake, the customer shouldn’t have to pay for it.. may have to start going somewhere else.

Tried to get an iced coffee, was told they didn't have any. Ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate, was told hold on they had to check. Then they said ok. Then I waited almost five min for a coffee and hot chocolate... The other day I went there for breakfast and they messed my order up while ordering more than 3 times. I got them to erase it all and start over, still didn't get it right. Ended up leaving and having to go to another Tims!

Customer service is so bad here, some days you get amazing people, I live 2 minutes drive and it's so close, but I always ends up driving to the north end or other tims in town, even if they hear you well they would always say, I CANT HEAR YOU MAM, then goes and say WAS THAT A CHICKEN WRAP AND DOUBLE DOUBLE MEDIA COFFEE!!Me: yes mamBetter way to change that is to say it and ask if you got that right because it wasn't clear etc
