I just wanted to say Thank you for the wonderful Kay Tran for being my Road Test Examiner. She was absolutely fantastic and made me feel so calm and comfortable. I passed on my first try! She gave me great tips to take away from this and certainly things I need to work on, but if I can pass it, so can you! Ya'll got this!

It was a great experience for my wife today as the Driving Examiner, Colin Ogden was super wonderful. He was able to bring to minimum level, nervousness in my wife. He systematically asked my wife to step out of the vehicle and take a walk and also encourage her she can get it right. His empathy today was unique. His professionalism as an examiner needs to be applauded. I would be glad if this gets to his supervisor or his manager. Thanks

Well trained staff who knows their job in a fast paced environment. Passing their road test requires alot of practice while one also needs to familiarize him or herself with the road signs, yield and stop signs, right of ways among others. Otherwise, one can fail the test and blame it on where it is held. Overall am pleased with their service.
