The computer on my 2018 EcoSport started acting up the Sunday before the weekend of a long road trip. Steve Marshall's got my car into their shop on Monday morning, and by Monday afternoon she was back to 100% plus washed and vacuumed.Not a negative feeling or thought towards SMF.They're a great crew.

This dealership is amazing. Although we have a Ford dealership in my town, I always drive 1 hour to Nanaimo to use Steve Marshall Ford.They are professional, very accommodating, courteous and always on time.One time, while my truck was being serviced, I used their courtesy car to go shopping and purchased a small rug. Afterward, I returned, picked my truck up and drove home - totally forgetting about the rug in the courtesy cars trunk. I called them and told them what I’d done and they had someone drive all the way to my house to return the rug. With customer service like that, I will never go anywhere else. I tell all my friends about this. If they are that detail oriented about customer service, I can only imagine what their level of care is when servicing my truck.

Great service finding the problem and fixing it. But best of all they not only washed but vacuumed my truck out of the blue. To me that's going beyond what's necessary for a small fix. I hate washing and cleaning my vehicle in winter. Thank you for that. It was very much appreciated!

They were courteous and helpful. Kept me updated on progress of the repair. And the final cost was less than estimated, which made me very happy!

Late Friday, the TCM (transmission control module) needed replacing on our Ford Fiesta 2012, which is covered under warranty/recall (common problem) for 10 years...but was told it expired in April, even though the 10 years hasn't passed. Hoping when I talk with manager on Monday he will be able to help.

Took my 2021 car in to have the subwoofer replaced and was eventually told that, yes, the speaker is not working but that's the way it's supposed to be. How ridiculous is that. Taking the car to an audio specialist who said the system can be corrected, at my expense. Took the car in with a chattering windshield wiper, replaced 3x with same wiper. I purchased a different type of wiper and, problem solved. They are unable to work a little outside the box.
