Received several hats for my small business in record timing. Superior quality and am asked daily where I had them made. Would give more stars if I could

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING, I’m extremely confused with these 1-star reviews. Jason is phenomenal at what he does. I happen to see his instagram page. Figured I’d give them a shot. He exceeded my expectations on the design he presented! Also, made up two different colors! He nailed it. If you can be patient with him. It will all work out. He’s a busy man for a reason. The final product is great. I WILL be coming back. I also wouldn’t hesitate to work with maddhatters again! If anyone is reading this focusing on the 1-stars. Let this 5-start review be all you need. People need to realize he’s one guy. I gave him a chance outta an Instagram visit. I’m not disappointed by the slightest. Keep up the great work Jason!

Pretty much same as everyone else. Order my first batch of hats. Said he shipped them but never did. Ended up meeting him in a parking lot and he gave me the hats.Put in a second order and pre paid. It's been 7 months. He said they would be sent in an email and then never sent anything. Not tracking number and no hats.I have sent emails and left voice messages and sent messages on social media with no response.I have now contacted the police to report his fraud.Too bad the hats were nice but no customer service at all.

He had NEVER answered his phone or called me back on the countless messages I have left.Here are just a few of his promises.“everything done before this weekend” May 16“I’ll be running them tomorrow”. May 24“Should be shipping part of your order tomorrow, balance before end of week” May 29Regardless we will make sure your order is to you this week”. May 29“We’ve got production schedules, etc. completed for this week and be your order should be in production tomorrow/Thursday. I’m hoping to have the full order shipped so you have before the weekend, however if not lil ensure everything which is ready is shipped.” June 7“Looking like late today t’ll be going on the machine. I’ll ensure there’s video and such posted while we run them.” June 7”full order will be shipped to you this Thursday” June 13.To this day I have NOT received one completed hat!I wish I read his reviews before trusting this company.

They are quick at taking on the work and taking full payment but lack in responding and fulling your order been waiting since March 3rd 2023 and now communication from them since Will be contacting OPP. Madhatter and team seems to be a fraud take your business somewhere else. terrible experience.

After placing an order mid August 2022 NOW half way through December still haven’t received anything. After multiple voice messages text messages phone calls it’s been complete radio silence. Jason (owner) allegedly said shipped out November 3.Called the office on November 21 and Said would get back to me.Living in the same province, where this company is based out of definitely does not take that long for shipping.

After months I received half of my order. With promises that the remainder will be coming nextweek" weeks turned to months I send messages every week asking for updates on hats or a refund they now do not answer

Ordered hats for my company in April, took a little while to get but received with no issue and was very happy with product. Ordered 24 toques on September 29 and was told they would ship the next week. Have followed up several times now with no response and no sign of ever getting these toques. The invoice is already paid and I can see others have had the same issues. As a small business owner myself I find it very disgraceful to run a business in this manner and conduct business like this. I will be seeking further action than just leaving a bad review this week. Avoid this company at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.

My order was placed in April 2023. I was promised pre-production samples many times. Never received anything. Order was paid in full and I asked for a refund in June 2023 as I was now being ghosted, they never answered.If you order from them, looks like there is a 50/50 chance you'll get what you ordered.

Our first two orders with this company were completed and we were very happy with the results. We then placed a third order in October 2022 and have yet to receive our product. After a long period of ghosting, we finally received a reply and learned it was due to an alleged back injury. We tried to be patient and gave the owner the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions.Jason continued to ensure our order would be honoured. After several more months of waiting, we asked for a refund. Jason said he'd refund the amount for the tuques as the season had passed but that he'd come through with the hats. We have yet to receive the refund, hats or any further communication. He stole over $2000 from our small business and it is with great disappointment that we so willingly afforded him the opportunity to make good on his word.What bothers us most is knowing that he continues to solicit business when he knowingly can't fulfill already existing orders. By the sounds of it, there are many like us, still hoping to receive their product(s).Whatever Jason is going through, we are truly sorry, but there is no reason that justifies stealing from other small businesses.Please do not make the same mistake we did.
