Never Leak Basement/Roofing

Once upon a time not that long ago there was a single lady [me] that had a huge water problem in the basement of my very large and old Victorian home. After going thru a few company quotes, I met up with Brent Skinner. His concern and professionalism gave me comfort and he explained every aspect of the job that needed to be done. With an engineering report in hand it was determined that the water issue had to be resolved from the inside of the house. Brent and his very skilled workers did such an amazing job and what a job that was. My 5'5 ceiling was now 7 feet with radiant heating in the floor and a massive family room. It ended up perfectly done and is still good to this day. And then a massive tree fell in my back yard at 5am in the morning

Did some ductwork on a job as a subcontractor for never leak basement September 2022 and still have not been fully paid. I was told by never leak basement that there customer where the work was done refused to pay them and for some reason they now think I should share this problem while I don't even know who the house owner was as I was a hired contractor for Never leak and not the house owner. I would be cautious doing work for them.

Trying to reach Brent or someone by all phones since early December 2022.. no luck.. have a contract sign June 18, 2022.. paid $10000, never started….May be someone contact me before I do next step

Ten years ago or more Never Leak repaired my basement wall from the outside. I live in a condo townhouse he did all three sides. I have never ever had a water issue from the outside coming in again. Previously, before his repair I had multiple floods in my basement.Thanks

I have used Brent and his crew for several years for everything from new shingled roof, kitchen renovations, drywalling, vinyl siding and eaves and gutters. I keep coming back to Brent because of his quality work, flexibility and predictability. When he promises to be here for appointments, he shows up on time, or, if he is delayed, I get notified in advance. I would recommend him to anyone looking for general construction around the house. If his crew does not have the expertise, he will admit it and draw on a great pool of subcontractors to make it all happen.

We hired Brent and his team to add structure and roof to our older home. An upgrade that was long overdue and Brent’s guys did a great job and we are happy with the results. Brent stayed on budget for this project as well! Great job Jay and Mike!

Having renovations done can be a stressful time. Brent and his team understand, they use their expertise and know how to schedule work and keep it moving. If, like me, you run into problems they have the experience, knowledge and out of the box thinking that are appreciated when it comes to issues. The team that worked on my home are not your typical renovation personnel. They are professional, courteous, and caring. They took each project as it came, usually with a twist or calamity, and worked out the problem with the best possible approach and economy. I enjoyed working with them but more importantly they helped make my house a lovely home. Thanks to all of you.

Brent and his crew fixed a leaking foundation in my house from the interior. I had a quite a leak and the exterior of the house was not accessible due to a big cement patio that would have had to have been busted up. They were very clean, professional and interactive during the repair process. They were able to remove the existing drywall, repair the leak, and reinstall the drywall. Once I painted over the repair, you couldn't even tell anything was done. Best part was, they tarped all of my furniture in the room so I didn't have a big mess to clean up either. Brent's team also completed a patio door installation at the same time. This involved removing the old double door and existing sill and steps and installing a new sliding patio door, sill and poured a new cement step. We were able to fit it all in before the Christmas holidays by re-arranging some other work he had and I was able to host my family.I'd recommend these guys to do any type of work you have on your to do list, they were super awesome to deal with from start to finish!!
