Terrible customer service! Got a new special order couch when we moved. 6 months later it started to fall apart. Sent multiple pictures and spoke to them multiple times regarding it. They ordered the wrong covers for it and when I said enough is enough I want something else as it’s defective, they told me ya once you pay a week plus a $30 processing fee we will exchange. Absolutely disgusting the way they expect you to make sure your account is perfect but won’t do anything on defective garbage they sell. Customer service is a definite zero at this location.

Just listening to a conversation as my friend was sitting back trying to speak to Luke people can hear the ignorance that Luke brings to other people these are customers and they are human beings they are part of this Earth to stop treating people with disrespect and then getting people from Facebook to make you look good please do not treat my little brother with disrespect and ignorance and yell at him stop being a bully and for anybody else who has family who suffers from Mental Health you do not want them to go to this store stay away
