I went to Kal Tire in Terrace BC with a problem with one tire , they fit me into their schedule and fixed the issue quickly . They also advised me that they had found a problem that needed attention and fit me in again and fixed the issue . Great service at this location .

I found a screw in my tire and booked a next day appointment online. The staff were friendly and I was out with a repaired tire in less than half an hour for free! I'll be coming here the next time I need a full set of tires.

Nothing to do with the service department. I was actually out to get lunch and in a parking lot, had a kal tire employee (wearing a kal tire mechanics smock), in his personal vehicle, not pay attention while leaving the parking lot and ran into me as I exited the doors. This was just before 2pm on Wednesday, November 9th. I called to let kal tire know of one of their employees driving recklessly in company attire and my expression was responded with very dryly and like the employee seriously couldn't care less. Your team should be aware that when they are wearing or driving company logos, they need to behave accordingly. The RCMP have been notified. Await further notice. Thanks and have a great day. Hopefully it's better than mine!!!

Kyle at the tire shop knew the exact chains needed for my truck. They checked the tires and rotated them for me. Even checked and repaired a slow leak on one of the pro bono. Excellent service and having proper chains for winter driving conditions is a huge safety plus. Will be going back to buy All season tires and rims there. Very trustworthy people.

Had a flat that popped off the rim, they came and picked it up for me, serviced it, brought it back and put it on right in my driveway completely free off charge! Amazing service!! 10/10 recommend:) not going anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.

Excellent service, even for a simple flat repair.Squeezed in on a Saturday without issue.Reason like this are why Kal-Tire is my tire expert of preference. All locations that I have experienced are just as good.Spend your money here.
