Cette compagnie est une vraie farce. Incompétence et arrogance. Ne jetez pas votre argent par la fenêtre en utilisant leurs services, vous risquez d'y laisser quelques centaines de $ pour un problème qu'il n'arriveront pas à corriger.

Expérience désastreuse chez cette compagnie. Technicien incompétent qui n'arrive pas à trouver la source du problème mais qui facture quand même plusieurs centaines de $. La plainte auprès du gérant n'a pas donné grand chose. Le problème a été identifié par un technicien d'une autre compagnie en 15 minutes.

Amazing service, From receptionist to the technician Alain, he is awesome, polite with many years of experience under his belt, he took the time to hear the issue I had with my furnace, and the issue I experienced with the previous company that spent days trying to solve the problem and were unable to do so. Took him 2 min to solve the issue, I strongly recommend Bercoil.Tony
