Capital Taxi Ottawa

Why is anyone using taxi anymore? Driver arrived one block away and only waited one minute. He drove away as we were walking across the street to meet him.Would not recommend.

I wish I could put 0 stars!!!!!I called for a taxi for a battery boost in a -40oC condition. I was late for work and turned to this company to help me boost my car. They sent a driver that came 10minutes later. Great! The guy that came automatically started telling mejust so know if the car start or not

Tony is the Mann, he came. On time. He waited for us. Very professional , safe driver. All around good experience.

A certain driver. He wasn’t our taxi, but almost caused a huge accident during rush hour. No respect, no courtesy. VERY reckless, I did not feel safe with such driver on the streets.

Great service, in particular car 689.We left a cell phone behind and the driver returned to look for us. When he could not find us, charged the phone and when we eventually realized we had left it behind, he was so kind and accommodating so that we could pick up the phone. Thank you!

Our driver picked us up on time at 11am from St. Patrick Street. Helped us with our bags and was really happy to chat to us on the way to the airport. He got us a trolley on arrival and demonstrated how it worked. What a credit to your company +++

Always quick and great service. There is however one driver in Ottawa (I don't know his number) who makes you pay before stepping out at a stop.... and then leaves if he gets another call. 1. This nakes the trip.more expensive if he doesn't leave and 2. I was left in a very dangerous situation without a cell phone to call for another ride. This same driver was mad at me for having to wait as I came out the building and gave me a flat cash rate. He did not put on meter

I was in Ottawa on may 19th, rode 3 times with this company, I used the app so I put my destination at commissioners park and needed a 6 seater van, the estimate fair said 20 dollars but the driver took us somewhere else I told him he was wrong but said that I told him park Street and then we went to the park and got a 29 dollars ride and when I was going to pay he added a 10 dollar fair for the van" and ended up paying 39 dollars for a ride from st Laurent mall to commissioners park and then my receipt came on an email for just 29 dollars so the driver ripped me off with 10 dollars and took a long turn to spike my rate I have proof of everything and the company still haven't answered my e-mails and also the next trip I took also get me a tourist view to Parliament Hill and spike my other fare
