We have ordered a few times from Departure Bay Pizza. The crust has great flavor and the toppings are fresh. We would like to see more toppings a couple times the pizza was dry.

Worth the extra couple dollars for these amazing Pizzas. I ordered the medium Tropical Hawaiian $16 and medium Deluxe (1 substitution) $19.The pizza quality is way better than the low end pizza chains and still beats the high end pizza chains. The dough was thin and crust crispy. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and definitely didn't skimp on the cheese like the lower end pizza chains. The toppings were fresh and better quality. Great overall pizza and worth the extra money.Service was quick and friendly. They allowed me to replace a topping on their specialty pizza. I think they could use a website but I found their menu eventually on Facebook.

Love love love the pizza, the service and the fact that when I went to pick it up, there were two men staying warm enjoying a pizza and chatting while their carts waited safely outside. I don't know if they bought the pizza or if it was given to them, but I love that they were welcome to spread out comfortably and hang out in this space. Honestly even if the pizza wasn't good, I'd still go to Departure Bay pizza but fortunately it is DELICIOUS

Called to order 2 large pizzas last night. (New years) 1 meat lovers, 1 half Hawaiian, half Veggie.Was told the manager says we cannot do half/half as we are to busy." WHAT A JOKE!!Another local pizza place was happy to have my order."

Recommended by a friend, and it's the BEST! Small batch dough prep, quality ingredients (cheese from Australia), and quality products sourced personally by the owner. Second to none! We LOVED the DOUBLE BAKED WINGS...should be a signature dish (lemon pepper with hot sauce on the side). Lovely, personable people, we will never order from anywhere else. Bravo!! Thank you Departure Bay Pizza!!

Pizza was flavourful. Cooked well. Had a slightly salty taste . Would have given a higher rating if pizza would have arrived hotter. Took exactly as quoted the 40 minutes. The pizza was just warm . Friendly person on the phone. Didn't agree with the delivery charge as I am under the limit. Didn't feel like disputing the factWill possible try this place again in the future

The woman who took our order by phone was lovely and helpful. This was our first time trying it and it was yummy, just found the pepperoni too salty for myself but that’s partly me. It had more pepperoni than Pizza Hut ever does. I enjoyed the sauce. We will try again and I’ll get other toppings. The price was excellent for the size we got (medium).
