I was happy with the professional nature of our service. Mandy was incredibly helpful, supportive, a listening ear, and a very caring temperament. She assisted me in getting a loan that was close to what I needed, and that I appreciated. She made things very easy for my husband and I, and supported us through a difficult situation.

I had the most helpful, friendly and funny professional assistance with Mandy. I was nervous to start an application for a loan as I have been turned down in the past with other companies. Mandy helped me every step of the way even when I had to call her several times during this process she was very patient with me. I highly recommend easy financial. I brought in my documents this afternoon and by 6:00pm I had my loan deposited into my account. Best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere!!!!!

I have called the easyfinancial branch on Saturday and immediately I got my answer and got amazing customers service on the phone by Deep Patel. I got financial approval from the company in no time. Since it was late Saturday I visited the branch on Monday to see Deep to sign all my paperwork. Deep and Mandi they both were knowledgeable, prepared, fast and very helpful. Professional, honest and sincere. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed.I would highly recommend to visit easy financial branch on Wellington Rd in London Ontario.One of the best customers services I had.Thank you do much Deep and Mandi.

I have been a customer at this location for several years now, and the last several months I had to deal with a family tragedy that was urgent and also overwhelming. Thanks to Mandi who has done everything possible to make this better and address the situation in a very professional manner.Mandi has been so kind, understanding and made me feel like a human not just a number.She has great customer service skills. I am just grateful to her and Kris who also was very professional and helpful and done everything possible to get things done.I will defiantly recommend others to this location. Thank you guys

Not impressed with the phone service pretty ignorant people to be honest shouldn’t have someone who’s gonna argue with customers when I’m trying to get help from you guys whoever’s working today should be fired I have bin in a couple times to this location and almost got help with the two guys I talked to before the phone call I had today was the total opposite of the help I had in store with the guys I had already seen was told to go back in to store if I needed help lady must hate her job il be coming in to talk to the manager also and giving a complaint I’ve had a google account for 10 years never left a review that was distasteful
