Decent place but everyone who works here is grumpy AF

DO NOT RETURN HERE!!! I cannot stress this enough. They short you on your return EVERY TIME! Then their game is to start yelling at you so you get uncomfortable and leave. We knew exactly what we had, when we received our receipt we tried to explain how many flats we had, they started to yell, we explained calmly they were wrong, again they yell. We left because they are so into their scam they will not listen to reality.DO NOT RETURN HERE!!!!!

I am appalled at the behaviour of the manager, who routinely closes and locks the doors well before the advertised closing time. And if I happen to be there close enough to closing time, he “helps” count out things and the amount of payout I receive always seems much less than when I arrive with things pre-counted, as if he’s punishing me by taking some of the bottles for himself. He is rude to customers and tries to refuse service every time it’s even remotely close to closing time. Then he rants and belittles latecomers. I cannot believe he is still allowed to work there, let alone be given the responsibility of manager. Real customer service means not trying to scare off people just because you want to go home early. If it’s so hard to let someone in close to closing, change your hours and be prepared to stay. Many folks who return bottles are already suffering from lower socioeconomic status. They don’t need to be treated as if they’re not worthy of decent customer service.

The male staff member who mostly works at the register is very agressive. He doesn't say much but he's intimidating. He swings and throws your items around like he's bothered by your presence, and I just can't understand why.One day many months ago I asked him what was bothering him, why so angry and it only made him worse.I wish there was another place without having to cross the bridge and I would never set foot in there again.

This location has a horrible atmosphere outside/in the back organizing centre. The employees are always rude and condescending. I detest visiting this location; if you have another option, I would go with that one.

Now understanding why this location got so many lower rating. Short your return items( 5 full trays ,plus 120 water bottles, only got $21). Ask stuff a question during counting, rude attitude .

One bag wasn’t counted and I was told “it went missing”. I believe a particular staff person is responsible for the missing bag. I will not return my refundable items to this crooked location.

Very, very rude staff. They treat you like animals. I totally agree with other comments. One of the managers there almost got to an altercation with me. I was shocked and appalled of the treatment me and my poor mom got from them. If it’s possible for me to give them minus one star I would.

They do not have an organized placeI return my bottle by return it and some time it is overflowing some time bags are missing they should have a worker stand in that area to look after the bags at all Times they should be a desk where you can drop off you bags not just leave for anyone to take.

Web site said open to 5pm. Arrived at 4pm to a locked door. Not horrible but I walked to this location.
