They don't follow up on emails or call when stuff arrives. Ordered a new cinela leo 25mm kit with fur and was told that I would be contacted when they arrive. No word from them since. Should have gone to ASC. Oh well.

Factory trained service with rental backup. Knowledgable friendly staff. The rental department is well stocked and Jeremy really knows his gear. New pro gear and accessories from industry specific ( Film) vendors. SoundDevices and Lectrosonics are well represented here.
