Had sanitizer dripping off my hands but I was refused entry when I didnt want to put another layer on top of the still wet fresh alcohol sanitizer on my hands. Retail wont get my business when their employees are so rude. No other store had such jerkish employees in my travels today. Bought things at multiple stores in the same mall. Only Aldo was up in your face, dont care if you want to buy something or not. An employee like her will tank the business.

I have been a customer for Aldo Shoes both in Canada and the U.S throughout many years. The store's Manager for the branch in Seven Oaks Mall - by the name Shantel or Shantal - displays little notion on common courtesy and general customer's satisfaction criteria. A follow up on a recent purchase was poorly handled. It is this young woman's inability to show any grace in her affairs as Manager - not only with customers but with staff - that raises a flag in terms of professional ethics.The store is known for quality, classic and also trendy items. Staff is helpful and friendly.The current downside is a young woman in a position that requires someone with a more refined demeanor.

Harnoor was an exceptional employee, I asked her to bring me a size 9.5 and since u guys only carry 9/10 she recommended an insole and told me it takes it down half a size. She also ordered me a pair because the size wasn’t in store. I’m overall impressed with her customer service :) Overall a sweetheart that helped make my experience at Aldo a good one.

Most unhelpful staff, had the horrible experience of having one of the girls refuse to do a refund as the order was placed online (placed by the store not me).... and then she asks me to call customer service to cancel the order who then tell me that the store has to cancel the order and process the refund... she literally was so helpful and rude playing the its store policy" card...so disappointed"

I was at this store today…and trust me the worst customer service ever! Strange how the girl was not even intrested in talking. Just pointing her fingers on the bill. And the look she was giving was terrible. Someone not even took the dummy piece out of my hands and the other girl did not take my shoes which i selected to the counter. I myself picked it and took it to the counter…they behaved very rudely and this is not even first time. I usually dont post negative about someone..but these girls left no option.. they always treat you like like you are shopping there for free and not paying anything ! will never return to this aldo location.

Horrible experience ordered shoes never got it wanted refund .was told to phone customer service for refund . Please do not order shoes .you'll never get it and never get refund unless call customer service.

Cannot go wrong with Aldo shoes. But this location is the absolute WORST. The staff is terrible, when you ask them for help they act like they are doing a favour for you, rather then doing the job they are hired for. almost made me want to boycott Aldo overall. Hope they get better staff or at least teach them how to communicate with the customers. I rather drive the 30-45 minutes to another location or just shop online.

Called them to place a product on hold the day before and picked it up today. Really appreciate the customer service they displayed, both on call and in-person. The sales associate, Simran, is quite helpful and was able to help me sign up on the website, enabling me to get a 15% welcome discount. The team clearly knows how to make a one-time customer into a returning customer.
