He has a lot of patience to answer my questions and helped saved some money in paying an extra person that was not supposed to be on my car insurance for years. Hello,I have to share my negative experience from this day. I came to cancel my car insurance due to mechanical issue. I'm from Europe, so I used my European driving license and my European ID as registration for my car insurance with no issues.I was being told, that I'm not able to cancel my insurance without showing the employee my passport, which is absurd. Why should I show an employee my passport, If there is no connection with my passport or my insurance? It seemed like the employee did not belive my two pieces of ID, which are already registered in their system. The employee was rude, I also told him, that I have account already, If he can just check it by my plate number, he would see my insurance plan. The employee insisted on showing him my passport without even trying finding my name/plate number in their system, where I was already registered. He also told me , that they must have made a mistake and I'm not allowed to have car insurance on this piece of ID, but I already had one. So I had to leave, because ofcourse I do not bring my passport by myself.So I went to another Insurance company, where I just cancelled my car insurance in 4 minutes with no problem and also without showing my passport.I'll never come again after this no sense experience and 0 customer service.

Maryam assisted me over the phone and made the process very smooth and simple. I had switched from an Alberta to a BC license and needed to update my insurance. Maryam confirmed with ICBC, emailed me documents to sign via docusign & then emailed me my new policy and agreement and made the process quick and easy. Great customer service.

I lIke this establishment for my car insurance - this place is almost 30 kms from my place but I prefer coming here. They are knowledgeable and quick. I find their advice always spot on. Tried couple of other places near my residence but I always had to come back to fix the work done by others. Special shout out to - Shawn!!
