This place is very, very unfriendly to people who come for the first time, do not know how to line up, learn to line up by themselves, and then line up for twenty minutes to us, went to an empty field just after others played without any signs, played 2 minutes to tell us that this is a training ground, and then need to go back to the line, very, very poor experience, we 5 people spent 50 CAD, did not play half an hour

Great place to play badminton with friends. Renting courts is way too much but drop in fee is a good amount. A bit confused on how the student discount works. If they don't offer one, I think they should try to implement it.

If there is an option for 0 star, I would give 0 star.1. The heater in this facility is set to 60F (15.5C). My hands were frozen even when I’m on the court playing. The experience was like playing badminton in North Pole.2. There are some courts with the court mat seriously deforms in the middle. Especially in drop in courts. The deformed mat have big bumps on them and I stepped on them and tripped. I highly doubt if anyone got injured from this.3. Two side courts (court 1 and 2 I believe) have a huge air conditioning system on top that blows air. If you lift the shuttle high, it will be randomly blown to everywhere. If you want to play on court 1 and 2 then you have to play without lifts.4. I visited this place during the summer time. The court was so slippery like a skating ring. The staff said it was because of the humidity due to rainfall. If you know the causation then maybe you should take actions to fix it rather than risking customer’s safety?

Accidentally gave a 1star but was meant for another spot. This place actually deserves a 5 star and it’s because they understand what indoor shoes/court shoes are. The place is huge and staff and players in there are friendly. Drop in prices are respectable. Honestly recommend going here !!

There was 4 of us, told us during drop in that only certain courts available. They also keep moving you after 20 mins of play. We paid almost $50 for 4 of us. It was horrible. They say must wear court shoes but the place on the inside seems like it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years lol including the floors. We brought our own birdies but their birdies are over used and broken and put in garbage bags around the courts!!!! Very low budget and some staff rude.

It's a fun and great place. The waiting time between matches aren't too much. I would suggest to bring a pair rubber bottom shoes since you would need one to play on the courts. (They do rent some pairs but they coat 5 dollars and aren't that great)

I had issues with them not explaining the cancellation policy. I called and booked a court and was told that there will be no issues to cancel as long as it within 48 hours. I confirmed on the phone before booking if I can get my refund in case the schedule will not work. They verified that- so with confidence, I booked 2 different courts with different schedules.Due to unforseen events, I had to cancel both reservations. I cancelled the first one 6 days before the reservation and the other spot 2 days before. I was shocked with their response that it will just be a credit to my account. If I want the money back they will charge be an admin fee of $30.00. I was very disappointed because this has never been disclosed when I asked about cancellation policy. If I had known this, it would change the booking decision. I understand other business having their own policies (penalties, admin fees) and I respect that BUT not disclosing this prior to a transaction or when I asked if there are any fees/penalty while I was booking the court is NOT ACCEPTABLE!I spoke to different employees many times and they all have different responses. I explained my situation and they would not listen and will still charge me a fee that was never known to me. Is that how you do business? Please explain your policies to your employees so you do not give incomplete or false information to your customers. This is very unacceptable. I feel you just took my money and that is very unfair.
