We just came back May 19-22 / 2023 from a 4-day New York City tour with Ottawa Valley Tours. We were extremely pleased with the professional services we received and we were impressed with the quality of accommodations that we had at the Marriott (Glenpointe). On bus #2, our tour Director Kim was awesome, very professional, and was very funny with her great sense of humour. Denis our driver (from 417 Bus Line) was also a big reason why the entire tour was so pleasant and unforgettable. He also went beyond his standard duties to make us feel part of a great group. We will again definitely travel with Ottawa Valley Tours in the near future.

In a senior citizens mall that's never busy and no Wi-Fi. So, to succeed here they must know the clientele. That being the case this place specialises in seniors get away.

We travelled to New York on December 2nd 2022 and we enjoyed it immensely. Our bus driver(Denis), pick up driver in Arnprior, tour guide (Erin) and fellow passengers were all amazing. First trip by bus and Ottawa Valley Tours and we plan on booking another for 2023. Thanks everyone for the wonderful experience!

A beautiful park in the heart of the East side of the city. With a Summer only swimming pool, Hockey rink, tennis court, baseball & etc, kid play structures and green space for anyone to spent half a day on. Very convenient located and reachable with cable cars, subways, buses.

I've traveled with this company in the past and they're pretty reliable. The people at this branch are knowledgeable about the many destinations they provide. I liked the guides that accompanied us on our last trip to New York, so much so we are going again in several months. A no hassle trip.

We went on the NYC trip from October 7-10. I went with my sister and my 2 daughters. We were all so impressed with Erin our tour guide and Daniel the bus driver. Awesome service, so good in fact we are planning on going again next year. It will be my fourth trip with Ottawa Valley Tours.
