Dale was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was very thorough in his inspection of our home (taking note of any small, minor fixes as well), and walked us through the home, pointing out everything he noticed at the end of the inspection. He made sure all of our questions were answered and that we understood everything he noted and its implications. He gave us a very thorough formal report less than 24 hours later with pictures. We had Dale do a home inspection on our potential new home. He finished a little early and was able to walk me through the entire house pointing out everything he found that was an issue.
