Employees are very very rude, went there yesterday and I had the hardest time accessing services. These females they hire need to be trained properly on how to deal with people and top showing so much discrimination and attitude towards hard working people.

This is worst place. No customer service at all. I was here to send money, she said I can’t send your money, I asked the simple question why you can’t, she said you can’t cross question me and walk away. this type of behaviour is not acceptable while you are at reception desk for customer service and after five minutes she start abusing for no reason. Her name is Tanveer, working (8.52pm) at Rutherford location. you should take serious action against her, if she can’t talk or answer simple questions she should stay at home if she not doing her job good, supervisor or manager can hire someone else who can do

Terrible service I called ahead of my visit and was told they were open 24 hours. Once I arrived at the location was left in the lobby for an hour while the employees hide in the back and I watched at least 6 customers leave frustrated. 3 employees ignoring all customers 1
