It was very humiliating and hurtful experience , in my 40+ I don’t remember when I felt so bad. I wanted to buy screen protector. I asked price seller told me 25$ . I asked if it is good quality and safes phone screen from breaking because I have small kids and they can dropping my phone. He told yes it is good and he guess I need with hammer one , I told him I always buy with hammer, I asked if it id hammer and he said yes . After I pay by debit card , I saw it was 63$ and not 25$ . I asked why he charged me 63$, he said that I wanted heavy duty one and it is coast 63$ . I asked why he did not told me before, he said that I fid not asked price. I tried to explain that I fid not thought he was speaking on different one and if I was known I was not said ok for screen protectorfor 63$ . At first he told me ok I will take it out snd give you money back but after a few seconds changed his mind and that he can do nothing, I gold him , I will nog ho beforeI will not get my money back , he said he can give me 20$ , I asked again why he didn’t told me , he become angry, he said that I will not get nothing. I asked call to police or security , he told me, if I need you need zI call to them . After few minutes come mall security, I talked with one security man , seller with another . At the end I agreed to get 20$ back and went home very sad and cried in my car, just because I felt very humiliated , that the seller did not told me that selling me different item in more than double price and I never was in situations that was able to explain something mall security.

They were really quick, replaced my iPhone screen in about 20 minutes and were very professional and the least expensive place I found.Highly recommend mobilecare

Do not go to mobile care, any kiosk is the same, avoid them all. They are scammers. Over charge for defective merchandise.

Compared two other places that were 100% higher than this price and no guarantee they could fix the phone and that it may cost more. Phone screen lasted for one day. The next day I came back and there was no warranty. Nothing you can do about it $250 down the drain.

I bought a protector and gave the salesman the exact details of my tablet. The make, model, year and size of the screen. He still sold me the wrong one and when i tried to return it, i was told it was my fault that i didnt have the tablet with me. He wouldn't let me return and when i suggested store credit, he said he would text it to me and that it would be good enough. Super unhelpful and didnt want to deal with me at all.

I have a bad experience on this shop mobile care inside of Western Edmonton Mall. If theres no star option I will choose it for no star. I will not suggest this Store for everybody. You didn't see what they do to your phone. I came there last 2 weeks ago to replace the screen of my cause its has a crack on the top and that cause I cant use a touch screen on the top only in the bottom part. So they replaced it when I came on that shop. The problem when I already use GPS while I'm heading back home cause i leave in along north of highway 43 so its very far on Edmonton from my home. Every time I use GPS it's said GPS signal lost. And it's doesn't happen to me before even my phone have a crack and some part of the touch screen doesn't operate. I know there's something wrong when they open my phone cause GPS not working always signal lost and when somebody call me they can't hear me very well but I hear them clear. So i called Hamza the guy that replace the screen of my phone even the koodo provider of my phone i ask for help then they said it might i need to bring it back again to phone repair shop that i go cause they said your internet signal is good and its nothing wrong with it. Then i came this day to mobile care in west Edmonton Mall even it's very far from home hoping there's an answer or they can fix this problem but hoping is not been given. Upset while heading back home and call and talk again to them will never back to this shop again and never suggested to the other costumer don't come to this store they are scammer. Didn't care about your phone they only need to earn money. No quality for caring & repairs your phone. No good costumer service like Hamza the guy who replaced the screen of my phone. They didn't give a right answer to eased my burden cause my phone is my life and help me to my work to reach my destination. If my phone is a low signal that's what they said, why my wife phone is working properly.. don't tell me the signal from my wife phones is different to the signal of my phone and we have the same provider. Phone of my wife is older to my phone and much more modern. So guys who read to my review comments be careful to this shop. They are careless while repairing and blaming you as well instead they help you to find what's the problem on your phone. Be careful to all of you guys and promise will never come back to this shop again. Many bad experience to them.

We took my wife's S20FE to this store to have a screen replacement done, small minor cracks, I asked the gentleman if he knew how to do it safely he smiled and said yes we do 100s every week, waited about an hour or so when we got the phone back it was in Terrible condition. The backing plate of the phone was not glued together and I could see the electronics ( mother board and battery ) he then sold my wife a case to try to cover it up and told her it's half off.We walked away pretty upset. Spoke to another vendor on site and they confirmed these guys are shaddy and very unprofessional. She went back to get the backing fix, the technician taped the back and in the process broke the antenna or sim tray module ( phone not registering to a mobile network ), now she can't use her phone and is paper weightShe begged for a full refund, they took her phone away, removed the good screen, installed the broken screen back, took away the case, and return the phone told her with the broken antenna or secondary board.These people should not have business here, very unprofessional, shaddy, and scam artists.
