I love shopping for my fur baby here! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and friendly:) Staff are amazing and very helpful, I highly recommend this place!

The staff are very kind and friendly. The owners are amazing and will bring in special items if they are available without hesitation. They really care about what's good for our pets and us. I highly recommend this pet store. It has a lot of options as well, like natural dog treats, toys even accessories and food for small animals. The prices are also very reasonable. You won't find better prices anywhere else.I love supporting locally owned businesses and people with kind hearts.

First time coming to the store and had phenomenal service! The wonderful lady with the glasses and brown/blonde hair was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to provide us with the information needed! 10/10 recommend ✨

First time in today and I love it! Very friendly, and everything I needed I had help finding including toys, my dog is Notorious for chewing through everything! And my dog got a new bed for a great price, I highly recommend!

Not impressed with service here. They advertised free delivery online. I ordered an order of a few hundred dollars worth of product nov 21. It is now dec 1 , I have called. Quite a few times to be told it would be picked up soon for delivery But never was. Everytime I called it was gonna happen within a day or 2 and never happened . I am very patient as I also own a business and get that “ stuff happens “. But 2 weeks to get a product that was to be delivered in the same city as the store ( less than half he away ) is not really acceptable considering they had the product in stock . So I had to order from Toronto instead of supporting a small local business.

I had somehow similar experience as someone left comments here. I made an order online in 2022-Nov. ,and never received them (now is 2023-Jan.17). I called their store many times (6 times at least) in Nov. and Dec.. They said they will give me a call back on the phone every time. But they have never called me back. Then yesterday, I left a comments about my order problem on their facebook page and told them I will go customer complaint process. Such a surprise ! They filter out my comments in their Facebook page. This is why there are all good comments(reviews) there!Based on my own shopping experience with them. The only way that you can get your money back is telling them you will go customer complaint process.I am not sure they can remove my review here or not. Hopefully google doesn't allow.

In this 9-5 town you would think they would be open on weekends(even states hours for Sunday). Wasted my time to go to a closed store.

Tried 3 times to get our dog food from this place that sells the same brands we feed our 3 dogs. Didn’t have the specific flavours but was told they could get it in. They took my information yet I have never ever received a call, even after bringing it up to them a second and third time. This was well over 2 months ago. All these local places telling people to support and shop local yet they don’t seem to want business. So I’ll just continue getting our dog food at Pet Smart or Rens since they actually want people shopping there.

Great helpful service, organized and clean with friendly staff. As a Bonus they are nice and close.
