Fixed the glass on my watch perfectly and sold and fitted a new strap. Originally quoted $65 for the glass but only charged $45 as apparently it was easier than originally thought to replace. Great customer service!

Daniel and Sue are some of the best people with which I have ever had the pleasure of dealing.A family run business that I can remember being there since I was a boy. If you are looking for a watch or have your piece repaired they can help.The pricing is fair and the service is top notch.I 100% recommend anyone to treat themselves to a visit to Citizen and Daniel and Sue and see for themselves.

I visited them for battery replacement.The stuff who did replacement was looks old but his skill is still awesome!! I brought 3 hand watches and he changed all of those batteries just few minutes per each!! I was watching it, he was gently taking my Sparkle Stones watches.The price was excellent too, only $18 for 3 battery replacements including tax!I don’t know about their products but for battery replacement, here is the greatest in Victoria!!

I took a gold ring to be resized half a size smaller. They seemed very knowledgeable and had it done in 2 days for a reasonable price. Very happy with the service, glad I found this place and they are very deserving of their excellent reviews.

Heard many good things about this shop so I took a watch in that has been sitting in a drawer for years. They replaced the battery, cleaned the mechanism and added a link to the strap and charged me only $6.00!! And they did all this while I waited.
