I wish I could give -1 as the pharmacy people are not helpful at all, they quoted wrong price when I went to drop prescription and charged $14 more when my husband went to pick prescription and then they won’t return it. Horrible customer service. Pharmacist was blaming me for that, I am so depressed.

I booked a flu shot for my elderly aunt and myself for an 11AM appointment on December 20th. I checked in with the pharmacist and told her about the double appointment. She checked her data base to confirm the appointments, gathered what she needed and called my aunt into the back room to administer the shot. When my aunt came out she went back to filling prescriptions. After a few minutes I went to the desk and asked her about my shot. She had forgotten my shot, and told me that she would be right with me. She then went back to filling prescriptions. I waited another 20 minutes with my 82 year old aunt standing and waiting for me, and then I left. This was very poor service. I understand that they are busy, but what is the point of booking an appointment if they do not have the capacity to keep them?

You have lost a loyal customer of 9+ years with your horrible lack of customer service lately.Waiting on hold 10+ minutes to speak to someone at the pharmacy every time I need something is appalling. This morning I called and after five minutes into being on hold, I got in the car and drove over. By the time I got there, I had been on hold 10 minutes waiting for anyone to answer. I walked in the store to find three employees working in the pharmacy and not one of them was on the phone or concerned about the fact there was a call waiting for them.I expressed my concern about why they take so long to answer the phone and when I did I was met with snark and attitude, so I just walked out. I called a smaller pharmacy and had my prescriptions transferred over there.Being busy I can understand. Rudeness and a complete lack of customer care or service is inexcusable.

This place is notorious for barking up the backs of their customers for shoplifting. (See others reviews.)I’ve worked in management and know when I’m being tailgated, it’s pretty obvious at 11 at night, too. Again and again I have uncomfortable and unwarranted experiences at this location, usually when wearing a winter jacket (in winter lol). I’ve already had a discussion with management about this before, too. Won’t bother this time Shoppers, will just go to the nicer, cleaner, and kinder Harmony location instead.Alas, I definitely recommend another location or drug mart with a better loss prevention department. Unfortunately I needed to purchase one of the zillion nasal sprays they had tonight at that location.Feel bad for the guy sent to hover 30 cM away from me, it was a waste of his time but that Advil sure got straightened up lol.

Absolutely the worst customer service in any Shoppers Drug mart I have ever been to. When asked Britany (manager), Is this Normal to have to wait 24 hours for a prescription medicine which I absolutely need right now? She said,you are welcome to transfer your prescription out. Thanks for the advice, I will do exactly that next time.

Not sure how much my review is gonna make a difference, wouldn't be surprised if it goes unnoticed like other hundreds of negative reviews.I went to this location for a quick in and out for pain killer and vitamin c tablets. At self checkout price for redoxon b vitamin C tablet showed different than the shelf. It took me about 5 mins to find an employee. The employee I spoke to was short female who just got done helping another customer. I called out for help, standing about 20 feet away, she replied what is it". I was surprised and requested her to help me with something. Only then she walked towards me.I explained about the price difference and she walked with me to check the shelf price and asked if she could honour the shelf price. While she was checking the price

Just home from a second frustrating attempt to get a covid booster. As in December, I booked on line and was given an appointment. Similar to the previous attempt, the staff could not seem to understand and apply the provincial guidelines. I have diabetes and have attempted to keep current with vaccines. Because I qualify every 84 days and hadn't waited 6 months, they wouldn't give me a shot. Given the fact they messed up the first time (I contacted Durham Public Health and got an appointment and shot for the next day). After a half hour wait, I found out the pharmacist was waiting for me to speak to public health, only she didn't tell me. I suppose I would have been there for hours, as public health hasn't called back. Never again. If I could give a negative star I would.

Customer service was appalling. The lady at the make up counter who was clearly a Karen followed me around like I was there to rob the place. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a store in my entire life. After I decided on my purchase which was a 20 dollar eyebrow pencil while Karen stood behind my the entire time pretending to do something, I proceeded to the other side of the store to get cold medicine for my children where I then heard her on the intercoms asking security to check the camera lol as I was waking to the cash she stopped me at the end of the isle and asked where my eyebrow pencil was which was in my hand the whole time. Then followed me to the register. I understand shoplifting is an issue but come on clearly you need better training to deal with whatever issue you are having. DO BETTER! And stop profiling people.

3rd time coming here to pick up an item that say 4 available online for this location. Asked someone to help find it and they said they probably don't and walked away. Rude every time I come in. Guess this is my last.

Pharmacy has gone downhill totally. You order your refills, show up when told only find it not fill and they have no stock. Happens constantly. Slowly switching to Walmart, they have never failed so and call if it's going to take longer. Heard Costco is good, also.
